Fantastic service
I have moved from a local pharmacy to Coda and they have delivered my medication next day which is an amazing service, and the one time I had a question they answered the phone professionally and dealt with my query efficiently.
Thank you Coda for making the one job I hated due to how long it took before to a job that is so easy.

Quick but lacks communication
Only time I have had an issue was when one of my prescriptions was out of stock, no one called to tell me.
I called them to be told they had the prescription and would be sent in the next few days… it didn’t.
I rang again, to then be told the medication came under “national shortage” and they would let me know when they were in stock… by which I am month 2 without. That was over a month ago and I still haven’t heard anything nor did I get any of that medication sent.
So minus lack of communication when out of stock, or when you need a prescription that isn’t showing so need to go via GP website as well as coda app. But!! When they are on point, it is quick and means I don’t have to risk my safety to go out to a pharmacy when I am unable to.

Customer service is shocking
Customer service is shocking! I have been trying to contact them for 3 months now with no reply. Phone number is useless, just tells you to leave a message so you can never speak to anyone and emails are never answered. Definitely moving somewhere else

The package arrived damaged and had been put in a plastic bag by Royal Mail. On checking the contents a box of Coracten capsules was missing.

Your order was unfortunately damaged while in transit with Royal Mail, which is why it was delivered in a plastic bag, and we will be raising this directly with them.
