Beau et belle qualité

Been struggling with leads, harness and collar for our cocker spaniel for two years decided to try Cocopup and she now walks amazing!!! products are so adorable 😍

I’ve had nothing but great experience with Cocopup.

Even when I made an order and there wasn’t something quite right, they fixed it and even gave me something a little bit special to say sorry. It truly feels like old school proper customer services.

Thank you to the whole team for helping to dress Gus in his finest garments. He’s quite the pup about town.

I ordered the pink gingham harness and collar for our gorgeous rescue dog. I ordered the wrong size collar but Cocopup were great and exchanged it for the right size. Really pleased with the items and the service. Highly recommend.

Lovely harness and matching collar. Our cocapoo looks lovely in it. Harness is easy to fit.

I ordered a size small, took suggestion upon the measurements for his neck: 15; chest:13. A couple weeks has passed and I noticed he had deep bruises on both his under arms where the harness sits due to lack of range of motion. Sad my baby was in pain due to a harness that cost this much.

Lovely experience when ordering from Cocopup. Easy to navigate their website and place an order. I bought a gorgeous new collar for my dog and recommended them to my sister too! Would definitely purchase again in future.

I absolutely loveeee this brand they have the cutest prints and everything is such high quality. My one concern was the return policy. Since I’m in the United States I basically couldn’t exchange or return my product and I purchased the wrong size so now I’m stuck with a harness that doesn’t fit either of my dogs. In order to do an exchange or return you have to ship it back to them yourself and it would’ve costed about $200 more than quadruple the amount I actually paid for it… Very annoying. There’s lots of other things I want from this brand but haven’t ordered anything since I’m worried about not being able to exchange it for a different size.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Fabulous brand with great delivery, customer service and well made, longlasting, lovely designed items. Couldnt recommend this place enough!

Cocopup makes beautiful, sturdy harnesses and they have a great variety of items. The harnesses fit my small dog perfectly because they are adjustable. I highly recommend Cocopup.

I am addicted to shopping at Cocopup London ever since I got my dachshund puppy, Mochi. The product quality is outstanding and the fabrics and patterns are beautiful. I love having coordinating collars, leashes and harnesses, especially those with seasonal and holiday flair. The coats and sweaters fit perfectly using the measurement guide. I will continue to be a loyal customer!

I ordered a "Mystery" bag for £50 from them and told them my dogs name as Dash. They did not ask for the sex of the dog, i assumed with the name they would know.It seems they don,t care about the gender and just shipped a mystery bag which contained everything suitable for a female dog, all pink and girly. How they expect me to put a pink harness on my male dog is beyond me.Yes, a real MYSTERY of a bag this is from this mob who could care less about this (more on that later from their Charlotte who was as useless as a handbrake on a canoe! ).If they do not have specific mystery bags for male/female dogs then what's the point in sending random bags to random dogs? I understand fully the meaning of the word "mystery" but they should check the sex of the dog before sending anything to a customer who has paid £50 for something that is completely useless to them. It's their complete disregard for this logic when i presented it to them, with Charlotte banging on about the word "mystery" as i f i don't get what mystery means, but avoids answering the point of relevance to the sex of the dog when sending out gifts to any dog, she completely failed to address that point sticking to her guns about if i know what mystery means.Disgraceful scamming way to get money from customers under extremely misleading fine print hinging on the keyword "mystery". Of course Charlotte, it will be a mystery to every customer who has a male dog and gets a bag full of pink items!! Would YOU like a mystery bag full of male things like aftershave etc, how helpful would that be for Charlotte for her £50 ?? How about some beard and oil wax for Charlotte, would that work? Disgraceful charlatans. Avoid this company like the proverbial plague.

Brought multiple dog bows from here have all come apart within days really bad quality with stitching!
Collars leads etc however are great

I always buy my dog collars here and they are great quality. They stand up to being washed in the machine and caked in mud.
Loads of lovely design’s recently got my sister buying from here too..

I had a very good experience with Cocopup
Delivery was quick and the treat pouch is stylish and well made
Milo is definitely very pleased with his purchase!
