We love our new sofa. The sofa bed is easy to use. Delivery drivers very helpful.

We were informed of the arrival date and time which always helps and they arrived promptly.
The guys were very friendly and delivering to a second floor apartment did not deter them.
Service was first class

I’m so over the moon. I ♥️ my Sunflower Charlotte Corner Sofa bed. It’s firm, solid, very well made, and will last me for the rest of my days.
The storage is an excellent bonus. There is extra space, even after I put a double duvet, 2 pillows, my pyjamas and dressing gown in there!
I had been viewing this Sofa bed for 1.5 years… worried because A it was a lot of money, B I hadn’t sat on it, and C, I couldn’t even choose a colour as they are all so beautiful.
My instinct was 100% spot on. I waited and got a gr8 deal on Black Friday.
The Empire delivery guys Ash and Harrison were very efficient too… they set it all up for me in around 20 minutes.

This company was very helpful when I needed advice to help choose the best opton for my needs, they were knowledgable and friendly and kept me informed throughout with delivery information. On delivery the guys who assembled the sofa bed were friendly and helpful and set up the bed beautifully very very happy.

It’s simply great, both as a sofa and as bed. But also the shopping experience… I’ve visited one of the showrooms and it was really good. Placed the order on the same day and after that they keep you posted during all the process until the sofa got delivered and assembled in no time

We had purchased our Ashley 4 seater just over a year ago. I have waited a while to write this review to have a good idea of this sofa is actually performing in a household with 2 adults and 2 kids. Sadly, we are utterly disappointed in this purchase. From the very first few attempts we knew that as sleeping bed it's less than amazing - uneven surface, edges between segments that can be felt, even through a thick mattress topper, all of this got much worse with time. At this stage various sements have differing height and softness and spaces between them are like ridges - no way that could be a resful night on it. As a sofa, it is not impressive either. It wasn't too bad in the first few months, but very quickly edges lost any firmness, pillows/backrest elements got dis-shaped and the whole sofa just lost its proper shape, particularly between the segments and at the front edge. The sofa is bulky and takes an awful lot of space for the sake of being the bed, which it's doing very badly. The only good thing is the storage that comes handy, not quite enough to justify the nearly 2k price tag, and it's only been one year. Our previous sofa was in. similar state of dis-shape, with a difference that it was after 12 years of use, not 1. Don't waist your money, we had to start saving up already as surely will need a new sofa within the next 12 months :-(

The ordering process and communications were great but my mistake was not trying before buying and relying on reviews. The sofa is much firmer than I’d hoped, much shorter in the seat depth (due to an unnecessarily thick back cushion) , more upright and overall far less comfortable as a seat than expected. Can’t comment on the bed yet as I haven’t used it but that feels very firm too, albeit very easy to set up. The side cushions which are essential to protect the rather thinly covered arms make this a 2 seater. It would be unacceptably tight for 3 people

Really well made and so easy to use as a bed settee. We also bought the large footstool that is comfortable and can be used as extra seating and accommodates the bedding for a double bed. Delivery was excellent and they set up the settee very quickly. Highly recommended the whole package from ordering to delivery.

Ok it took a while to arrive but it was worth it!
Looks great and has been used by us and guests who can attest to its comfort.
Well made and comfy as both sofa and bed.
Has basically given us another bedroom.

I was wary of ordering a sofa bed that I was unable to go and see so I ordered the swatch book to make sure. I have been kept updated on the progress all the way along. The sofa bed arrived today (the couriers were exceptional) and it is much nicer than I imagined, lovely quality and sturdy. Exactly as described on the website. Very straightforward to convert to a bed. Really glad I decided on Cocoon.

Ordering and delivery was amazing but the sofa bed itself is completely uncomfortable to sleep on! The design is flawed with a mattress section in the middle and hard top end that within the joining section will leave you tossing and turning all night and a bad back in the morning. Mattress topper not provided makes no difference

There was damaged on the side of the Sofabed, a rip. I need a replacement or a refund and not heard any update for weeks.
