Ordered a simple cellphone case on 17 January. It's now 17 March and still not so much as a tracking update.
RIPOFF!!!!

I wish I could have read the reviews before going to order from this total scam, the so-called "online shop". I have been waiting for months to receive my order and was writing to know about tracking my order but lost my hopes finally because I coudn't get my shipment at all even waiting for over the months. This is scam and I would never suggest anyone to purchase from this platform - Totally a scam.

Took weeks to arrive and the side button broke off within a few days, making the case completely useless. Never responded to my request for a refund.

Warning! Poor quality case (cracked in upper corner) and customer service claimed it was past 2 months so no warranty at all, just a $5 discount on a replacement order.

Purchase elsewhere!

They are the worst company to spend money on. Take them more than a month to start processing an order. Then, it takes them another 3 months to put the damn things in a package. In total you’re looking at half a year to receive a case that doesn’t even fit your phone. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PATHETIC COMPANY.

I do not trust them. After purchasing a phone case through their website, the link provided for the courier service did not work. They apologised, sent a new link and told me I would get $5 off the next purchase. Alas, the link for the second phone case also did not work. It said the shipment was “cancelled”. I’ve been waiting for over a month. Customer service takes forever to reply and doesn’t solve the problem for you.

I never received the case and they won’t tell you when they’ll sent it. Definitely a fraud!!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. You pay for the case and they never bring it to you!!!!!
They stole my money DONT BUY from the website. They nether answer to my emails. Horrible experience!!!

Horrible, horrible product that takes a month to arrive. I bought a case for my iPhone 13 but the case was slightly too big and had wrinkles. I wish I had checked the reviews before I purchased.

They never shipped me my order. And their customer support don’t care. I lost 20$. Don’t waste your money. It is a scam.

A distanza di un anno ho acquistato un’altra cover, anche in questo caso la spedizione è stata lunga. Finalmente arrivata e devo dire che la qualità è sempre ottima, ottimi materiali, ottime grafiche.

Tutto bene, prodotto conforme a quanto indicato e di ottima qualità. Ho acquistato 2 cover per iPhone e sono rimasto soddisfatto.
La consegna è stata un po' lunga ma lo avevo già messo in conto, arrivando dalla Cina.
L'assistenza non è molto reattiva, ci mettono un po' a rispondere ma alla fine rispondono. Il tracking è aggiornato anche se non molto dettagliato.
Nel complesso una buona esperienza ed un ottimo prodotto durevole e di ottima qualità.

Their product is really bad.

Bought their products online because saw the ad online. I only found out that their product is directly shipped from China once I received the tracking number. Once the product arrives, the case is really cheap quality that you can find better once in Chinatown. And also the words are misspelled hinting that it is made by some local Chinese case maker that doesn’t even know how to spell words in English. Do not recommend.

This is a drop shipper, they buy the cases for $2-$3 on AliExpress then sell them for $20. This is why it takes so long to get them, they ship direct from China which is 3weeks minimum. Stay away, they are scamming you.

Poor finish quality of iPhone case, different colors from webshop images (peach instead of yellow accents), irregular case shape, uncut plastic residues...

Was sent wrong case, in wrong color.

First email, they didn't believe me asked for a picture.

Second email, offered $5 back on $25 case I got that I can not use.

Absolutely horrendous

Producto is very good, looks just like the pictures, description is accurate. Like the case, feels and looks good.
Took a couple of weeks to arrive, but you get a tracking number.

I 'bought' a phone cover three weeks ago. Still hasn't arrived. When you click on the tracking link in the shipping email, the site looks very phoney. I'm glad I used PayPal and didn't provide my card details.

I ordered a phone case from them and it has been 4 weeks now and the shipping status still says "processing". I have tried to email them 4 times for the last 9 days but they never reply.

Take 8 days to my place, good quality
