Great service, prompt and easy

The process was just as described and I got the United upgrade as was stated to the correct tier level. They didn't charge my credit card until I got the approval email from United. Definitely a legitimate company.

Despite the Reddit commentary, this is a completely legitimate service that comes through on 4 months of airline status.

My son was traveling internationally alone for the first time and having preboarding privileges as well as the status bumping him to the top of the points plus upgrade cue, made it all worth it.

It required giving password and 2FA authorization (password can be changed afterwards) which invariably will make some uncomfortable.

This service has been around for years and you can tell from the consistently positive reviews that they provide exactly what they promise.
