Great trip driver was very helpful and punctual I would 100% recommend this company

I have been involved in the booking process and communication with Coach Hire Rental in regard to chartering a coach and the only thing I can say is that one is well advised to stay out of the way of this company.

For legal reasons, I will not elaborate on this judgement, but in general the experience has been very unpleasant as far as communication, payment procedures, handling of changed preferences, and reliablity of service was concerned.

We hired two coaches to take our teams to and from the airport for our competition, buses were on time, clean and the drivers were friendly. Only issue was knowing where pick up and drop off points were which caused and bit if confusion. Thanks

I helped organise a business trip and dealt with Coach Hire Rental Ltd before and during the event. Unfortunately, the whole experience was unpleasant and far more stressful than it should have been.

Communication was often pushy, especially when payments were due. We were repeatedly pressed to transfer money quickly from Germany, although only bank transfer was accepted and no convenient payment option such as credit card or PayPal was offered. Changes to the booking also resulted in substantial additional charges.

On the day of the trip, the coach failed to arrive at our London hotel at the agreed time. Despite repeated calls and promises that it would be there within minutes, the bus still had not appeared after more than 80 minutes. We eventually had to organise four taxis for the group ourselves.

What disappointed me most was the way the problem was handled afterwards. Instead of taking responsibility or trying to find a fair solution, the company simply referred to its terms and conditions and rejected our reimbursement request. Based on my experience with the communication, payment process and complaint handling, I would not use this company again.

I was one of the guests on a business trip where this company was supposed to pick us up from our London hotel. The bus simply didn’t turn up.

We waited for nearly one and a half hours while our organiser kept calling the driver and trying to sort things out. Twice, we were told the bus would be there in a few minutes as our guide was told by the driver — but it still never arrived.

In the end, four taxis had to be organised so that we could get to Woking at all. The whole situation was stressful, badly handled and completely unnecessary in my view. From my point of view, the communication was unreliable and the service very disappointing. I would not book with this company.

Very easy to deal with, proffessional and polite driver, service on time and flexible when it came to agreeing changes to the trip, the bus itself was very high standard, comfortable seats, very clean and the price was a very good value. Higly recommend

Beware of this company. Asked for a quote for a 5 mile journey 1 way. Got quotes ranging from £250, £350 and £750. Having a laugh! Wide berth needed

We had a very disappointing and concerning experience with Coach Hire Rental LTD and MINIBUS IT and strongly advise others to avoid this company.

We booked airport transfers and full-day transport services, specifically requesting a Mercedes VIP Sprinter (16-seater). This was confirmed by Yusuf Farook , who even provided photos. However, what followed was a series of misleading statements and false promises.
• The company does not appear to own the vehicles they advertise and instead outsourced our service to another provider - MINIBUS IT, the person who was dealing with us - Shaz.
• For our airport transfer, we were told we would receive a Sprinter, then a 30-seater, then a 32-seater. When the vehicle finally arrived, it was a 50-seater coach—completely different from what we booked.
• We were pressured into paying an additional £120 for parking, which was never mentioned in the agreement.
• We were also told that if we wanted the originally promised vehicle, we would need to pay an extra £600, which is completely unreasonable.
• The following day, we had booked a “VIP new coach,” but instead received an old 19-seater vehicle, far below the standard promised. - 20 years old Bus!
• Despite already paying via bank transfer, the company claimed they had not received the funds and pressured us into paying again by credit card.

Overall, this experience involved misrepresentation, poor service, and questionable payment practices. We have documented everything and escalated the matter to our lawyer.

We strongly recommend avoiding this company. Do not rely on the positive reviews, as our experience suggests they may not reflect reality.

Had an issue with my booking which was my fault and it was dealt with brilliantly. Excellent service would definitely use again.

Very responsive and communicative company that helped me at every turn. Once I had the booking confirmed I was able to reach out to the driver directly to confirm arrangements. Organising the transport for our wedding felt effortless using this company and I would happily use them again in the future

They arrived early, were flexible when we were ready to return early and reasonably priced. My only regret was booking through a third party site and not directly with them.
