A really good company whit great service.

We found CoachHire.com really helpful and professional. This was the first time we have used the company and nothing was too much bother for them. The sales adviser answered all our queries, she kept us in the loop with the driver details. The drive himself was on time, he picked up the group and took them to their final destination and was really understanding on the return journey as the group did have some wet gear to take home.
Would definitely recommend and will use the company again.

Coach hire sent out the request and we received a quote and a very helpful member of staff from the coach company got in touch and catered for our needs.

I was a bit nervous using coach hire, because as a customer you're not in direct contact with the hired bus company until the event.

For context - I needed a bus for a stag weekend from Glasgow to Newcastle (return journey).

However, it was a pleasant experience as:

1) They managed to find me a very competitive price
2) The bus company identified was great - very efficient service overall with good quality vehicle and great driver.

Their business strategy is to put people in contact with quality services and at a reasonable price, and here they succeeded.

Only frustrating part is you're only given driver details a day before the event. However the coach hire customer service numbers are easily accessible with pleasant staff.

They were great from start to finish they changed times for us and number of people as requested and no hassle the actual coach trip down to Liverpool and back the drivers were brilliant with us as a hen party we had games to play and drinks to give out and they let us get on with it all

Thank you to Laura and the Team and all 13 drivers. Extremely helpful and efficient. Would definitely use the service again.

OMG thats all i can say, from start to finish Your Coach hire has been by far the most professional service i have ever received from a coach firm . We were kept informed from start to finish and our journey from Dundee to southampton was excellent. We had 9 children on board, tvs , toilet and the most accommodating drivers ever, well done Will and James and well done YVH for hiring these amazing drivers, stops galore and all the help we could need.Thank you so much YVH for making what i thought was going to be a nightmare into a brilliant experience, get booking guys you cant go wrong!!

I want to share the positive experience my coach party had when we travelled with Arleen Coaches of Bath on 21st September. The coach arrived on schedule, was a new vehicle and was very clean. The driver introduced himself and gave a safety briefing before departure. Throughout the day the driver was extremely helpful and attentive to our requirements: we could not fault in any way the service we received and will certainly be using the company again.

Very quick and easy to use. Was quoted a very reasonable price fast and very simple booking process to complete. Staff were very helpful, with good attitude. David is particular adjusted the booking with no hassle or extra cost, and stuck to his word in emailing the confirmation the following day (due to the request being made after closing time of the company being used).
Would recommend and be used in the future for a variety of events.

From my initial enquiry, through to my booking Sam Wingrove was very helpful and quick in answering my enquiries. I was given a speedy quote and was impressed with the service I received.

Coach Hire were fantastic in helping our church to arrange two separate coaches to pick up oversea visitors from Heathrow Airport to central London.

On the day, we were told one driver would be doing two separate pick ups however given the usual London traffic, this would have meant the second lot of arriving passengers would needed to wait an additional 3 hours for the driver to return from Central London.

Coach Hire were fantastic in arranging a second coach on an ad hoc basis to pick up the second lot of visitors who had arrived from a different flight.

In total, there were 40 passengers that were required to be picked up. The majority of the visitors were first visitors time to UK. The prompt and punctual service from Coach Hire and their suppliers meant the visitors had a great start to the tour of UK without any delays and logisitical issues. The coach drivers were also very friendly and helpful particularly with loading and unloading luggages.

We have no hesitation in recommending Coach Hire and we will definitely be using Coach Hire again in the future!

I cannot recommend Coach Hire enough. We're a small student Union that have satellite campuses all over the west coast of Scotland. We booked two trips with coach hire in September and had some last minute alterations. The team could not have been more helpful and understanding - we will definitely be using them again!

Service provided all the way through was great. Reliable and good price. I was a little nervous as it all sounded a bit good to be true, but they did everything they said they’d do. Coach on time, clean, tidy and driven well. Great service.

I was liasing with Ghafar who was very organised and responsive and very friendly to communicate with. Overall a good experience with and coach was booked with no issues

Very fast, easy communication, over all fabulous service from William Dedman at Coach hire.

I recently used Coach Hire to book a return coach from Petersfield to Birmingham for a staff team building day. Whilst the coach arrived for the outward journey, we were told we would have another driver for the return - which seemed a little odd. The return driver never arrived and despite having been provided with the drivers name and phone number, when calling this, we were told he was not our driver!
We did eventually get a return coach some hour and half later than we had expected. When complaining about their service I was just referred to their T&C's stating only 10% of the return booking would be compensated. Considering this was their mistake I do not feel this was reasonable compensation. I would not be in a rush to use them again.

They offered a reasonable price but the service was terrible and did not make the booking experience or the price worth it. I had to chase them up constantly for further details. I was told, after chasing them up again, the driver's name and number less than 24 hours before the trip and was not told there would be two different drivers (and coach companies) for each day of our tour, so neither myself or the driver could contact each other on the day. Both drivers given the job were really good and cannot complain about them.

Would not recommend and am not sure how there seems to be so many 5 star reviews...

[UPDATE: I have confirmed my booking reference and that there are calls and e-mails from myself. They have since been very apologetic about the break down in communication from their side]

Very polite on phone and responded very promptly to my requests. Prices were good.
