Communication was good. Transportation was clean and comfortable and service was reliable!

We recently booked a corporate event for the Shedfest winery weekend in Victoria, it was a very seamless and professional experience from the beginning. We were very impressed with our driver Tony and we all had fabulous time. We are very happy with the communication and the overall experience with Coachhire, we will be booking again!

Everyone I dealt with from Coachhire were professional, responsive and courteous. The quote was done quickly at a competitive price, with booking and payment options that were simple. In the lead up we had all the information needed and both our drivers on the day were fantastic ensuring we had a safe, enjoyable journey in quality vehicles.
I will recommend Coachhire to any friends or family needing group transport for any event!

A very enjoyable day out for the Redland Spinners. Despite rain on the way there and home, we had clear weather at the Mountview Alpaca Farm and O'Reilly's Vineyard.
Wang was a very careful driver and everyone relaxed and enjoyed the scenery along the way.
CoachHire.com.au provided excellent service both before and during the event.

Professional service, quality drivers, clean and tidy vehicles and an overall great experience

Just wanted to give a shoutout to our awesome driver! 🚗 They were not just on time but also super polite. Patiently waited for us at the venue and even went the extra mile, literally, by dropping us off at three different spots as per our request.

We were off to the tulip festival, and let me tell you, the ride was as smooth as butter. No stress, no fuss – just a perfect cruise to kickstart our day.

Big thanks to your srvice for making our trip extra special! 🌷

Extremely easy to book and the team was very responsive to provide their quotation as well as answer any queries related to the booking. The driver was on time and the vehicle provided was very comfortable and spacious. Would happily use CoachHire for my next trip!

The booking process was absolutely seamless. I shopped around for a few quotes and found other places not as helpful however Ryan was great on the phone and ultimately meant I booked here. The coach on the day arrived early which was perfect. The ride was clean and smooth. Would definitely book again.

Worst experience ever , a total scam of a company. Paid in full and a few days before the event they call to say they could not fulfil the agreement ..I was was bombarded with quotes and calls and then they cannot find buses..it's their business ,
DO NOT USE THESE GUYS IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND..I am actually seeking legal advise to ensure that they rethink their business methods.

We had a great experience with CoachHire. The communication was great leading up to the booking and the driver was on time, courteous and helpful. We will definitely use CoachHire for our large group bookings in the future.

Great company to organise with. Allowed drinks on the bus.

Booking process was smooth and efficient. Staff at coach hire were very helpful and knowledgeable and the price was great. The driver we ended up with was very helpful and the bus itself was clean and comfortable . I would recommend Coach Hireto anybody and would definitely use them again

I can not rate this company high enough from booking through to the service provided on the day was exceptional and I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. The driver was such a lovely man.

Thanks so much

We had a great experience; the bus arrived on time and it was very clean. The driver was professional, reliable and he drove safely. Feedback from the other 10 guests on the bus was very positive and we would each recommend CoachHire to our friends for future events.

Neil and the team were very responsive and made our journey reliable. We have a difficult street to access and they parked the coaches to provide our guests ease of access to board. Thank you so much for the wonderful service. We will book you again next time. Anastasia and family

Good drivers, clean bus, quick service. Only issue we had was one bus was a bit late, and the driver of the other bus had no clue if a second bus was coming. It made for a tense few moment

The hiring process was straightforward and these guys were very helpful on the phone when I needed to discuss a variation. Everything went according to plan on the night and the driver was great!

I recently had the pleasure of using Becc for a family event and overall, it was a good experience. Becc was punctual and there was no waiting around, which was greatly appreciated after a long flight. The vehicle provided was able to accommodate the 18 people we had booked it for, however, the trailer that was sent was too small for the amount of luggage we had despite us mentioning it at the time of booking. As a result, we had to store our luggage inside the bus on seats and in the aisles, which was not ideal.
Despite the inconvenience, the driver was excellent and provided a smooth and comfortable journey. The booking process was also relatively easy, with a rating of 4. In terms of value for money, I would rate it a 4 as well.
Overall, I had a satisfactory experience with Becc and would consider using their services again in the future.

I worked directly with Kyle and he was polite, informative and patient. Nothing was too much for him providing different quotes, explaining the bus details and explaining the process. I will definately contact Kyle again as he was extremely professional and helpful. I also spoke with Chris who was also extremely informative and helpful. My manager could not have been more happy with the Bus Driver Ray. He was exceptional and we would definately make a special request to have him again.

The coach was cancelled with only 1 days notice before the trip was meant to take place, with no explination provided. Very disappointing customer service. Retirement village residents were depending on this bus for their trip to Young.
