There are lots of reasons why you might need a little help when buying a home and that’s where we come in. Co-Ownership is a not-for-profit organisation that helps people become homeowners. We have two ways to help people: Co-Own and Co-Own for Over 55s, Since 1978 we have helped over 34,000 people buy a home in Northern Ireland, and currently have over 10,500 co-owners. We are a registered charity and are regulated and part funded by the Department for Communities.

When we found the property we wanted, they done a proper survey that helped us identify some problems that needed sorted before we went ahead with the purchase. The seller then sorted out the problems and we felt safer buying the property.
