Bought a full set of 313 style rims to replace my constantly cracking BMW 313m’s in June 2020. Less than 2 months later, the lacquer has malfunctioned causing it to bubble and go cloudy in colour. Seller said it wasn’t an issue with the manufacturing but because of stone damage. After avoiding pot holes and driving carefully to avoid any issues (as with my original BMW rims), fast forward 6 months and all 4 rims are now buckled. Could build stronger rims out of a few rolls of tin foil.

Initially ordered some 20" Rotor style wheels for my Audi A5, the day after i changed my mind about the wheels as i was worried they wouldn't clear my brake callipers. I sent CM Wheels a Whatsapp asking if i could cancel the order, Niall was quick to reply and very helpful. Instead of cancelling the order i instead decided to purchase a different style of wheels from them (20" RS6 Replicas) and they even gave me a discount on the website's price.

There was a little issue with delivery so it came a day later than expected, but when the wheels arrived i was amazed at how good they looked, very similar to the original RS6 design. Obviously they are quite heavy, and i'm not able to give you a view on durability, as i've only had them on for a few days, but so far so good!

For the price i paid for 4 wheels (£610 shipped) i wouldn't hesitate to recommend these specific RS6 replica wheels to anyone. Great customer service from Niall, fast delivery and a good product made it a pleasure to do business with CM Wheels.

I purchased a set of alloys from here, they sent me the wrong fitment and no centre caps with logo, i rang up and spoke with jim, he said he would send fitments, rings weeks later he never did so i said i wanted a refund he said send them back up so i asked who they used to deliver and they said express freight. when the wheels arrived they were damaged, like very bad! all 4 of them! it turns out they stacked the wheels upright with no protection, when i rang jim back he said that it was not the company he used it was another company, this shipping company has real bad reviews, i did not know this at the time! i also got caught to pay shipping as jim refused and express freight will not refund even though they done damage. i have proof of how the alloys looked when they were shipped and how they looked when they were returned.

Top quality, customer service top class also, wasn’t sure what set of alloys to go for, were very helpful sending multiple options to chose from. Alloys just made the car !!! Highly recommend

I bought a set of 20” m peformance wheels and after a couple of months both rears had cracked. I had to buy new ones and after doing so, one of the front ones had cracked followed again by both of the new rears. Poor quality so will never be buying from this company again

Bought some Pretoria replicas from them, I heard the OEM genuine ones had a buckling issue and that these replicas were notably stronger. Everyone who's noticed the non-stock wheels has complimented them, and they are the only reason I'm rating the company two stars. Had them less than a year and a buckle had developed. Because I might not have seen the buckle, and the fact I wasn't driving for two straight months due to self isolation, it could easily have developed even before lockdown - 5 months after I had them fitted. I wasn't happy with the quality, given that I avoid potholes like the plague (ill-timed phrasing, I know) I was more leaning towards a manufacturing defect being the root cause. I called them up and just got told that alloy buckling is a lottery, and that they aren't responsible. I understand this, but it was the fact that I wasn't asked for evidence of any of this, no mention of warranty or asked about when I bought the wheels, and no offering of services or advice to deal with this issue made me feel as though the customer is only valued until you hand money over. I'd happily submit evidence of the buckling, which would then potentially prompt a redesign and even better rigidity, but it really didn't seem to be a problem for them - a lost opportunity for any company trying to consistently (and constructively) improve. I'm looking to get them repaired now, but I'm really not happy with the strength of the wheels or the customer service.

Resolved issue really well
Had an issue with the spacers provided, they sorted it out arranged collection of wrong sized ones and were very helpful. Its important to know that a company will help when something goes wrong.
