I strongly believe that all the reviews for this company are fake. I purchased their web-to-print package in 2021 , i have been told the license was life time i am forced to pay another amount for the license i bought from them and also paid the support fee for one year. Unfortunately, I have not received a single update or any form of support throughout the past year. It's quite frustrating.

To make matters worse, they forced me that I must write a positive review and send them a picture in order to receive the latest update. This level of coercion and manipulation is completely unacceptable. I urge others not to trust this company; their business practices are highly questionable.

The team's skillfulness and round-the-clock assistance are greatly appreciated.

I have brought the T Shirt Theme and the Premium Online Designer, The Support so far has been good, you will have to pay a little more than other themes and plugins, but you get what you pay for

The nbdesigner plugin is awesome, lets you design pretty much anything online, and is easy to set up. We had a little problem with our theme not being supported. We have opened a ticket and thanks D. Garp it has been resolved.
