Absolutely great seller, the streams are fantastic & high engery, fantastic products, brilliant giveaways which is either free item or reduced shipping. All items are always packed really well, sent out quickly & arrive fast & in perfect condition. I’ve bought from CMPOP several times now, and I honestly don’t look anywhere else first when I’m after a new Loungefly bag or Funko Pop. Every order has been packed with so much care, and everything has always arrived in perfect condition.

One thing I really appreciate is how reliable they are. The descriptions are accurate, shipping is quick, and I’ve never had any issues with my orders. On the rare occasion I’ve had a question, the customer service has been friendly and helpful, which makes such a difference.

You can tell they’re collectors themselves because they understand how important it is for items to arrive in great condition. It’s those little details that keep me coming back.

I’d happily recommend CMPOP to anyone who collects Loungefly or Funko Pops. It’s become one of my favourite places to shop, and I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.

Do not use these the givvys are the worst you can imaging might be a sticker if lucky usually a yiny blannk paper leaflet at best no better than a piece of paper there givvys ar not items just rubish that cant be sold genuine if they even turn up, and if like me you ask a questioon just a question you are wrongly acused of being rude as was I and i have seen many other same thing told them my givvy did not arrive and BAN for being rude,As a visually impaired customer, it can be difficult for me to follow live stream text clearly. After receiving my order, I noticed that the giveaway item I won was not included. When I asked about the missing item in the live show, I was, called rude, and banned from the stream. My partner subsequently tried to join and explain my visual impairment to help resolve the issue, but was also banned. this is not good company polity bannedfor asking question It is like being power mad they should be removed from whatnot as it brings down whatnot Please be carfull in there streams and check any item they send or say they have sent

Absolutely love Mike's steam. He was the first stream I ever watched on what not. He's so funny. Which lead me to catmompop who is fantastic. Funko pops are great. Always fast and well packaged deliveries.

Glad i hadn't spent money on catmompop whatnot. I won a giveaway which stated x amazon voucher, meaning x amount, so could be 5, 10 or even 20. I received 2 little doodle pads. I raised this with them which they acknowledged the mistake and requested I place an order to receive the giveaway. So they expect me to pay for shipping to ship something that was rightfully mine and won. I addressed this and they came back with the same response, including that they couldn't print the label again, which I get. Another streamer which I explained to them made a mistake previously and emailed me the code, so why catmompop couldn't do the same, I dont know. I raised it with whatnot along with screenshots. They are currently addressing the issue. I left a review and they replied stating I still received something. According to whatnot rules: the item MUST match the exact description, which was x amazon voucher. They didn't do that. No downgrading, which they obviously did. Even states, no refusal of a giveaway base dupon the buyers purchase history, or lack of, which they clearly did. Despite my efforts to get this resolved, they ignored me. Eventually after my review, they decided to not only ignore my message, they went and blocked me. Blocking just proves more and more that they arent willing to resolve and stick to the rules. To top it off, on my review on whatnot, they called me a troll. Very unprofessional and clearly willing to break rules to keep their playform running, thats how it comes across.

Update, since I camt upload screenshots of the conversion, and catmompop saying I was being abusive, ive copied and pasted the conversation below. I also have screenshots, so dont go about accusing of abuse and harassment.

Is this issue getting resolved? Another streamer was able to resolve this same issue as the wrong item was sent by them and they emailed the code across. I dont get why you expect me to place an order including shipping, when a giveaway and the rules are different to when someone places an order. You cant change the rules set by whatnot just for that. A giveaway includes that its given along with free shipping and you expect me to buy something, pay for shipping too, just to get what was already fairly placed under my account, as per whatnot rules. And now, not even getting any replies to get this resolved. If you are unable to resolve it, let me know, so I know where I stand

I then left a review explaining the same thing in the simplest terms, stating that I received the wrong item and wasnt the first time. What was your response? Calling me a troll. Isn't that abusive? Also its not the first time youve called a customer a troll is it? Purely because they leave a negative review. Its lying on your part as nowhere in my messages, have I been abusive, nor harassing as im a customer trying to find a result regarding an issue, which is every customer's right. Instead it was your response on my review that was abusive. I merely was seeking a solution as you can clearly see within my messages.

I've ordered from cmpop/catmompop across several platforms including their website, Amazon and Whatnot. I have always received an excellent service. Items packaged extremely well and delivered in good time. The team care about their customers.
The owners can be seen steaming regularly and are down to earth caring people that like to have a chat and a giggle. Check them out you won't be disappointed.
