I strongly advise everyone to be very careful before paying this company.

I paid for their Verified badge subscription for my business, but the badge was never issued. After taking my money, their communication became extremely slow, and they stopped replying properly to my emails.

I also requested a refund, and they did not respond. On top of that, they did not even provide an invoice for the payment.

In my experience, this service was not delivered as promised, and the lack of transparency and support is completely unacceptable. Based on how this was handled, I consider this a serious warning sign and I recommend that other businesses think twice before paying them.

The company “Own Customer services” = Oma asiakaspalvelu, claims to provide high‑quality customer service. In reality, they were looking for another company to do the work for them — which is how my company came into contact with “Own Customer services.”

To make a long story short: "Own customer services" are trying to find a multilingual expert who can work around the clock but is expected to accept an entry‑level or actually very much lower profit margin.

When reputable companies decline to work with “Own Customerservices”, as I did, they simply cannot deliver the high‑quality service they claim to offer.

The truth is that no serious company should hire this type of “customer service provider.” They will never attract competent workers under these conditions — and ultimately, it is the end customer who suffers.

If a company wants to avoid problems by outsourcing to a so‑called “problem solver,” they must also understand that real competence comes at a cost.

As a conscientious business owner, I felt compelled to disseminate this information to other organizations seeking high-quality services. The information Clutch apparently considered unimportant for potential buyers to know before choosing this company as their “customer service provider.”

I believe it is not only important — it is essential

I read another assessment of Clutch that provided comprehensive details. It appears that companies have the option to acquire curated reviews. I am referring to a copy of an email that another company received from Clutch and shared here. It is just proof of that Clutch appears to be a bigg scam as reliable service provide. Attached is an email from Clutch to another organization. Read "personalized review collection" .

LOL, seriously??? After this, I believe that every good review of this company has to be just fake.

Some more reviews from Trustpilot I did find about Clutch. No smoke with out fire! Everyone have had similar experiences. You can read it yourself on Trustpilot. I use these just as proof that you don't make a mistake trusting this company's reviews and my own experience is very real.

Other reviewers on Trustpilot are saying the same thing about Clutch. Read some of them here and keep reading more of just "one ⭐️" reviews on Trustpilot. I really hope that Clutch won't come up with any excuses behind their fake platform and reviews.

Absolutely terrible experience, I rejoined their Beta program to generate leads and not only was the customer support and service terrible, the lead quality was garbage. I asked for phone numbers from the leads the sales agent refused to provide that and I asked for leads that were US based and they kept giving me India, Dubai, etc. I spent over $2,000 and didn't get even a single phone call out of it. Complete waste of time and money.
