We do want to clarify that your initial outreach came in outside of business hours. In situations where symptoms feel urgent or severe, it’s very important to seek immediate care through an urgent care or emergency facility to ensure you’re treated right away.

That said, your messages were reviewed first thing Monday morning—your Clover Provider reached out promptly, followed by a member of our patient support team to continue assisting you. All of these interactions were with real people who genuinely care about your safety and experience.

We hear your concerns about communication and feeling unheard, especially regarding your symptoms and photos, and that’s something we take seriously. We’re glad the refund is being honored, and we truly hope you’re starting to feel better.
