The worse quality I've ever received wouldn't recommend no labels come from china I wish I could upload a picture, won't refund avoid and save your money

Good choice looks like a good quality but have just ordered so looking forward to receiving

So far so good. I’ve only just ordered and I’m being asked for a review 🤷‍♀️ but, so far so good

I ordered mens trainers uk size 12 on the 7th of May.
Nearly 2 weeks later they arrived (this had already raised suspicion with me as to what part of the world these were coming from).
They arrived, poorly packaged, no labels or tags. The only visible description was "45" on the underside of the tongue. 45 is a UK 10.5.
I complained and asked for a refund.
They asked for photos of the shoes. done.
They replied
"After reviewing your case, the item was delivered in good condition and matches the size ordered. Since this is a fit concern and not a product defect, return shipping would normally be at the customer’s expense as stated in our store policy.

To make things easier, we can offer you a replacement in your preferred size for only £14.67—and there’s no need to return the original item. You may keep it or pass it on to someone who may fit it better."

45 is not a uk 12! they sent the wrong size.

To return the shoes tracked back to China costs around £29 with EVRY.

The service is terrible, the shoes are worth not even half of the £47 (there abouts) what i paid for them.

This company is not to be trusted, do not waste your time or money - do your research into other reviews (wish i did).
Give this company a wide berth unless you want issues, poor service and a ridiculous outcome.

I cannot give 5 stars as I have yet to receive the item however this is based upon the experience of purchasing my dress.

I have a few occasions coming up, and a search engine for a comfortable yet beautiful dress brought me straight to this page. Navigating the website was easy, as was the purchase itself.

Reviews appear generally positive and the delivery time frame is clearly visible at the checkout.

The only issue, as with many sites, is the size guide - it isn’t all that clear, so I hope my purchase fits well.

This is a SCAM company. Do not purchase anything from here. Cheap fashion, un registered materials, no labeling. No return policy. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!!!!

Ah, Mova London (also known as Label London) have rebranded as Clovedale. They are a sham company, based in China and have hundres of 1-star reviews. Don't give them your money. The quality is terrible and anything you send back has to go to China (not that that's mentioned anywhere), will likely get stuck in customs and you'll lose your money.

Easy to order, been kept upto date about my delivery.The only thing, I've still not received my order and it's 5 days since I ordered, I'm assuming it won't arrive now until after the Bank Holiday
