I was keen to use this company, but dodgy practices put me off
The initial visit to my house in Bristol went well: he verbally offered a quote at a reasonable price, including VAT. I later got the same quote in written form in email and was ready to pay for the work. Then another written quote came through, with the same quote ID, for the exact same work but 300 quid higher (nearly 40% more). I called and texted but got no explanation for the two quotes, just a redescription of the work. This strikes me as dodgy and goes against the whole idea of written quotes. If I had not seen the second email and agreed to the terms of the quote with that quote number, I would have paid a lot more than I was ready to.

Initial measurements were wrong but things ok on second attempt
Appointment for initial measurement was made quickly and fitting arranged for 3 weeks later, but it turned out that the measurements were wrong and the glass didn't fit! Second fitting appointment arranged for 2 weeks later, this time with the right sized glass. Fitting team were polite & efficient and cleaned up afterwards. Can't fault the installation.

Our replacement double glazed window…
Our replacement double glazed window pane was replaced on the due date with the minimum of fuss and the wooden beading put back in place ready for painting.

Clear double glazing replacement for cloudy.
The window men used the correct removal and fitting tools and the five new double glazing panels were fitted within 90 minutes.
