I received my order yesterday and thought I'd just share some positive feedback with you.
When I phoned yesterday a woman I spoke to was happy to physically check a stock item for me to ensure I was purchasing the correct product.
She also added that if I was to place my order it would be posted the same day.
So I did...
Your website, shopping basket and payment pages were super easy to navigate and it was great to receive your emails confirming payment and shipment.
Your prices are competitive and your postal costs are very reasonable.
In summary, it was a breeze doing business with Cloud Vapers and everything happened as we discussed.
Credit where credit is due, I was very impressed with your service and will be doing business with you again.

Orders have always been despatched quickly with good packaging. There are cheaper suppliers but, you get what you pay for.

Just received my latest order from Cloud. I know I have posted a number of reviews on Cloud but there was a flavour I used to vape by HOF called Donutman. It was discontinued but IDK (But can seemingly be ordered again from overseas at time of review) but IDK Cloud managed to do it but they have re-created it 1:1 and it's called Swirly Custard. I normally order Salamanca which is their baby and it is THE top notch ADV IMO + 1 or 2 others. But Swirly Custard is soon to be one of those + 1s from now on in. If it lives up to you're non coil killing recipe then well done to you as HOF Donutman used to murder a coil within a 30ml bottle. Keep up the good work guys and gals of Cloud Vapours. In store and over the phone you guys have always been great !!!!

EDIT : HOF Donutman came in 60ml bottles. Apologies to the good folks at Kilo. That was an epic flavour.

These guy's are fantastic. When it comes to customer service, they are at the top of their game. Always friendly and can't do enough to help you in the shop. Their products are banging too, albeit a bit pricey, however it's worth every penny

I have noticed that the consistency in this place has gone the same flavours seem to change quite often either a weaker or stronger version is made by one or the other

Keep doing what you’re all doing, the service is second to none, as are the liquids, Salamanca is the best liquid imo, if you like a fruity menthol, then you will not be disappointed!
