I bought Cloudstick deal through Appsumo and went to purchase Tier3 for the white label and Business plans features upgrade . After months of waiting i came to know that Cloudstick is stepped back from their Free upgrade offer . But as a product i felt there is potential and I need some more time for them to settle their hiccups . As a startup after all we , Appsumo is a community for helping startup to grow and I believe everyone is getting a WIn-WIN . I reached their support today ( 06/06/2025) and they helped me to upgrade the plan . So Cloudstick is a genuine company and support is responsive , opposite to what i see the negative comments in Appsumo and here . Yes i do agree they should fulfill their commitment slowly to those are in higher Tier and the negativity will fade away . As a product and genuine support , i am completely satisfied

Things are changing, progress is being made, upgraded further by paying extra directly to them after the AppSumo hickup. Will update further how things will lead.
I hope the commitment to provide highest tier plans will be honored for future.

I have been with them since August 4, 2024 and have not faced any problem regarding the control panel

If you face any difficulty, the response is fast and professional

The support is great (according to my experience) and the response is fast

You have full control over your hosting

You can publish applications with one click (wordpress-moodle-Joomla-Laravel-Node.js -phpMyAdmin)
The list is growing every now and then

It integrates with many hostings and any other hosting you can also connect it easily

I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to be faster than relying on the command line to create their sites the traditional (cumbersome) way

cloudstick.io is well polished and professional looking control panel easy to use by service provider or client. Looking at some other reviews they may have made some misjudgements, but it needs to be balanced against the overall quality and cost of the service. When comparing to any other control panel on the market, cloudstick.io is by far the cheapest and best value. Ongoing development also seems to filter through, which cannot be said some of the other options. A really good control panel.

I have been waiting for my money back for 2 months. I was not satisfied with the product. But the customer service is not the best either.

They will on board you with cheap pricing but will not deliver as promised.

Team Cannot be trusted with their words, unethical business practices. They sold a plan (the highest tier), promised upgrades when a higher tier comes and then gated the features with a new higher plan asking for extra money for upgrades.

Once I bought the deal on AppSumo at the highest tier. The dev promised that we tier 3 AS user will get White label and OLS. After the 60 days money back guarantee on AppSumo ended, CloudStick introduced a new tier, Business tier.

All of the sudden, AppSumo tier 3 user won't get the "promised" feature unless we pay $133 to upgrade to business tier.

So, I won't trust this dev anymore!

It brings me no joy to write a negative review, but in this situation it needs to be done because of poor ethics and conduct of a company.

Cloudstick is a young and immature product with potential. They sold their hosting control panel on Appsumo.

Of the 3 available tiers, tier 2 would've suited me just fine with my small hosting operation. However, the owner of the company stated repeatedly in the comments that if we purchased tier 3, that we would receive a free upgrade to their new Business plan, which includes additional features such as OpenLiteSpeed support and white label.

And with this promise I purchased tier 3. The owner, Aswin, continued to tease us telling us that white label would be available soon. Months after, it's finally ready and that's when he told us that he would not keep his promise and instead, wants us to pay $130 for the new features.

When upset customers complained, the company doubled down and blamed Appsumo for taking too much commission, and how their customers (us) were not helping them recommend the product to increase their sales, and thus, they're not in a financial position to honor their original promise.

But perhaps the most egregious problem is they pointed to their Terms of Service which according to them allowed them to make changes to plans and take away features as they wish. This is a huge red flag.

In the grand scheme, $130 for these added features is not a large sum of money, given that it's supposed to be for lifetime access. But with them referring to their TOS, there's no guarantee they won't renege on this being lifetime. And also it's the principal of it. The company promised these features would be included.

This company made sales based on promises that it chooses not to keep. This is a show of ethics and how the company's word is meaningless. With them making poor business decisions such as this, I have to wonder what is the longevity of this company and how wise it is to invest in this product as one's hosting platform.

Lastly, I must stress that the product is immature and full of bugs. It's understandable for a new product so I am forgiving of that. But to demand extra payment when the primary product is still not ready for production use, that's another story.

Extremely disappointed with CloudStick. I bought their product through AppSumo based on the promises made regarding included features. They are now trying to force customers to pay extra for what was originally promised, citing 'rising costs' as their reason. This is unacceptable. They've demonstrated a complete disregard for their customers and a willingness to break their word for profit. They've lost all trust and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for hosting solutions.

I would not recommend cloudstick, it looked promising and I gave it a shot but after the installation I learned that you can't map extra HD's
How are you supposed to manage servers without the ability of extra storage? (virtual or dedicated)

On top of that, I just learned that some features that where promised will not be given as they offered.
So I'm moving back to enhance.

I have never bothered to write a review but when somebody outright scams me I feel that I need to.... As others have recently pointed out we were promised things all along if we purchased Tier 3 ( the most expensive tier ) on AppSumo. Then, 3 days ago on their FB group what we were promised now becomes over 130 USD! It's not even about the money, it's about suddenly breaking trust and throwing these fees at its users! What will be next? Trust has been broken and everyone gave the owner a few days to change his mind, but he doesn't seem to want to, so, not only will I not pay I will look for a new company to do business with and hope AppSumo gives me my money back. If you look at the last dates the product was offered and the date of his notice, it is a little over 2 months, so essentially taking our money and not giving us a chance for a refund! STAY AWAY!!!

Company sold plans on Appsumo promising features to come and would be included in the highest tier of the plan which was purchased. When the whitelabel feature is released they inform us as customers that we will have to pay over $100 dollars more for the feature promised. This company cannot be trusted and will probably have you at ransom to pay more money as they release features. The owners have clearly scammed us.

Additionally the panel and software installed on servers are riddled with bugs.

They will also go into your servers without permission as they did in our case.

Be warned, you will regret using this panel and your customers will come down at you for things that do not work.

They will probably respond to this review with lies so beware of that as well.

Cloudstick decided to not keep their promises on implementing Litespeed and a white label option for their early adopters who bought maximum tier on Appsumo.
This makes the usecase of this service for me unusable and you should ask yourself i you want to rely on Cloudstick for your business.

I involved the Cloudstick team to help simplify the management of some of my web application servers. They needed to customize code to work with my back-end host (not on their list of supported hosts) and to work with my customize web app.

They've been great. I rarely need to involve them anymore, but recently when I had an issue with a Cloudflare SSL certificate renewal, the CEO reached out to help.

We started working with the team at CloudStick mid year when we had a critical server infrastructure failures. They came in and helped us to clean up, migrate and optimize our tech stack to work flawlessly since.

On top of having a really good product, their support is top notch. We have finally found our sweet spot in order to offer our clients the services we need and at the same time the confidence in our offering as a team.
