Thank you Cloud Nine, for my new irons. I’ve always been a huge Cloud Nine lover, I still think they’re the best irons on the market. I use them professionally as a hair stylist and recommend them to all my clients.

Easy process. Good price and prompt delivery. The straightener is just what I needed as it has temperature control with lowest setting to stop my white hair yellowing when I straighten my fine fringe.

Bought airshot pro dryer Jan 2026 waste of money for $380 comes with one nozzle only the larger one which is no good for styling and now it rattles as if something is broken inside - not happy would not recommend much better dryers out there fir half the price

Sent broken straightener back for repair and missed the click here button and sent to their address at bottom of website, seems this is their accountants address and no one knows anything, had to drive 2hrs to see if it was there, luckily yes and I live in Sydney, to pickup and resend, after that all good😬

Cloud Nine creates some amazing products for your hair. The Alchemy Iron is great and subtle keeping your hair shiny and smooth. The heat protector spray has an amazing smell and actually dries your hair.

The packaging was beautiful and my order arrived very quickly, however, the product was a gift so I haven’t used it myself.

Unfortunately just didn't hit the mark. Blow dryer was weaker than my 10 year old dryer & wasnt impressed with straightener either. Was so disappointed, but had to send them back (at my own cost).
Sad, as I thought they were supposed to be up there in quality.

I’m not unhappy with this straightener, and it does the job, but I don’t feel the quality is quite what it used to be. One of the reasons I originally switched to Cloud Nine was because I felt other brands had declined in quality over the years, but unfortunately this straightener doesn’t seem to have the same premium feel or performance as my older Cloud Nine.

It’s still a decent product, but for the price I expected a little more. At this stage, I’ll likely explore other brands when it’s time to replace this one.

I ordered ‘The Wide Iron & The Airshot Pro Styling Set’ but only received the straighteners.
Apparently there was a website glitch. Doesn’t count for the fact that I as a customer wasn’t aware of the ‘glitch’ and still didn’t receive what I had ordered after notifying customer service.
I have put in a complaint with consumer protection WA.

I’ve bought the new wide iron straightener and it’s the best straightener I’ve owned. Better than my ghd straightener.

Very happy with the customer service I received. The wide iron I bought as a gift had some issues turning on. The cloud nine team were very efficient and helpful with the warranty process. Have been using cloud nine products for years and highly recommend them.
