Please update the subscription model.
The subscription plans really need to be more thought out. You created the plans, yet you make it very difficult for users to stay within the plan. When we exceeded the plan limit and try to reorganize & move the assets away from Cloudinary, we end up exceeding the plan limit even more. This becomes very frustrating, since we are locked into the plan and can't make the changes without exceeding the limit. We can see how much each of our plan credits represents, but there is no easy way to see the percentage of the plan we used. Your system should be smart enough to see that we decreased our usage and would not be exceeding the plan in the next billing period. We've dealt with this twice already and it ruins the the experience of using your otherwise amazing platform. Storing files on your platform is expensive - so create better tooling to simplify transformation & offloading process.
