Cloud Cover has made it easy for us to play music in our food Hall. I bought the Cloud Box and had trouble getting it hooked to the internet so I called technical support and they where awesome. They walked me through the whole process and made sure we were up and running before ending the call. I have made a custom station that plays 10 to 12 stations mixed. Live the verity.

Great Customer Service!

This company helped our spa make a smooth transition from another app to Cloud Cover Music. The customer service is great because they always check in to make sure everything is going okay with our subscription and responds quickly.

The equipment came quickly, was easy to set up and the software is easy to use. The staff is helpful as well.

It's a great service, but for the amount of money per month, for the top tier, I would expect, at least some voice over production included. Other wise I like the service. I just wish I could, listen to what's playing in my store on my phone.

I'm trying for the second time to use your service. It's great in so many ways.
The service gives me great variety and the right controls as a store manager/owner.
I need my staff to have only "volume control" and "next track" for when a trak is not appropriate for the moment.

The music selection was not great. We had to thumbs down many songs. Felt like there was an overwhelming amount of techno on playlists you would not except them.

Customer service was excellent and always quick to respond.
