Clothes Aid Anmeldelser

I am fed up with these charities that get you to go to the trouble if filling their bags then not turning up clothesaid.co.uk are the latest, and will be the last I will not be wasting my time anymore in future

The service was fantastic, easily organized, with a quick pick-up. I'll definitely use it again.

Great way to make a difference!
Collection went well and the driver was easy to contact.

They were picked up on the day they said.
Friendly.
Convenient way to donate your unwanted items.

After not turning up in the agreed collection day I rang and rearranged another collection. Once again they didn’t turn up so rang up again and spoke to the man who organises the collections and was promised it would be picked up. Again they were a no show so I am now taking my bags to another charity even though I wanted the air ambulance to have them.

So easy to book. I booked through the Great North Ambulance website. I chose my day and put the bags out by 8 on the day. I had a email the day before to confirm they were collecting. The bags were picked up a few hours later and a thank you card put through the door. It was great being able to help my chosen charity this way.

Excellent service. Driver arrived on day expected. Very helpful and friendly driver.

Great service. Arranged collection on line, driver was very friendly. Would highly recommend. Donations were collected on the day and time stated. Will definitely use this service again.

Booked, given a date and time, used twice excellent service

Had bags picked up twice, very efficient and on time.
Thank you

It was so easy to arrange a clothes pick up to donate to my chosen charity - you can select what day you want and on the chosen day once confirmed- they are picked up outside your door.
I will certainly choose this way again

This was a very simple and easy to use process from requesting a collection to pick up.

I booked these two weeks in a row as was having a massive clear out, they arrived early in the morning, really amazing worthwhile charity to donate to, will definitely use again, the service is amazing

This was a great service very easy to arrange and prompt collection I will be using it again
