Spoke with a lady (RC8) on the phone and she made the process so swift and was an absolute joy to deal with.

Matt (user name MT9) was very helpful. Matt went to great lengths to keep me updated whilst trying to get me a much earlier appointment this week. He was able to adapt to my busy schedule and fit in an appointment.

Spoke with OB3 today who was extremely helpful and very understanding and sympathetic made me feel very comfortable whilst on call and answered all the questions I had promptly and efficiently.

ES1 who called my was very polite and welcoming. Explaining very clearly what was involved on this triage call. Also she found me a therapy center very close to my home. It felt like talking to a friend.
