Spoke to CM5 , she was super helpful, understanding and easy to talk to.

Both HS9 and BB4 gave excellent customer service and made booking, then rebooking, my medical appointment very easy - despite my odd schedule, very pleased with the service given

Scott clearly was able to reach out to me, he used words that were clear, non alarming, he showed empathy and understanding of my situation, and although he may have been working on a group of questions he responded to my answers confidently.
