I bought the Clmbr because I had been using a versaclimber for years and loved it. But the price of the versaclimber was outrageous! Along came the climbr which offered a more complete experience at a better price.
The climbr machine is relatively compact and requires only a small section of space. The machine provides a vigorous full body workout without causing pain in any joints or knees. And the classes are a great addition! You can climb filling an instructor or climb using your own music and method. My husband and son have taken to doing the workouts as well.
The customer support has always been quick to respond and attentive to my concerns.
I highly recommend!

Really glad that I bought this machine. Delivery & installation process was smooth and support was great to respond to all my queries. Love the fact that you can get a solid full body workout in 30 minutes. Also with the addition of more instructors I now always find new classes that I want to take every week. Would definitely recommend this.

I THINK THE INSTROCTORS CAN MOTIVATE MORE THE STUDENTS TO NOT BE IN THE BORING PART OF THE ROUTINE.
THE MACHINE IS VERY ROUTINE MOVEMENT OF WOTKOUT WE NEED TO INSTROCTORS TO MOTIVATE THE STUDENTS OUT OF THAT BORING ROUTINE.

I have had nothing but good experiences with our CLMBR. I use it daily and it works reliably. I enjoy the classes and appreciate the constant flow of new classes. I think it is a wonderful piece of exercise equipment.

I enjoy the classes since the instructors are motivating and change the rhythm. Only thing is my clmbr has been getting louder but not squeaky since i did use wd-40 on the pulley and the squeakiness went away.

I've been using CLMBR for over 6 months at this point and it has been a great experience. I get a great workout in a shorter amount of time than any other cardio-based equipment. It's a total body workout. The classes are challenging but not intimidating. You get to select the type of workout that you want to do depending on your energy level. Highly recommended!

CLMBR is an excellent machine and total body workout. I have my machine for more than six months and use it regularly every week. The machine takes up minimal floor space compared to other workout machines. The noise level is normal for a vertical climber. The online content are top notch. The instructors push you at all levels. CLMBR is a challenging workout because you never truly master the vertical climb. You can always go longer, faster, or put on more resistance.

I highly recommend CLMBR to anyone!

A great all around body workout! Less time more calorie burn than other machines. I have enjoyed my purchase and recommend it to others looking for a great value.

I am very pleased with my purchase of the CLMBR 4 months ago! I use it daily and my conditioning has markedly improved. Using the machine properly, all the major muscle groups are exercised. It’s a great workout without overtaxing your muscles. I use intermediate level workouts and I find the instructors motivating. I have climbed over 120,000 vertical feet, and going strong! Try the CLMBR and feel your conditioning improve rather quickly. I think you’ll be very satisfied!

We have absolutely love our CLMBR! Having something so effective and challenging in the house has made a huge difference in our fitness journey. There are always a ton of new classes and I have been directly contacted several times to get feedback and new ideas for what I would want to see more of which is great! The instructors are all fantastic and have different styles and energy to keep things exciting.

I love the fact that new classes are rolled out each week and there are some new trainers that come on every so often. I also love that classes are between 10-45 minutes.

The team were very quick to respond and offer their support.

The CLMBR itself is a fantastic workout and I feel great from using it!

I have been using the CLMBR since Nov 2021 and have found it to be an outstanding non impact workout! The total body and cardiovascular engagement is excellent, and the touch screen and variety of classes offered are tremendous. I give the CLMBR my highest rating.

I love my clmbr. I would highly recommend this machine. It's a full body workout and easy on my joints. The demand classes are great and motivational.

I love my CLMBR but I have had several issues with the connection since April. Imagine working out and in the middle the instructor suddenly stops and you have to wait 5mins to continue.. the absolute worse! I think the software needs some update. Otherwise I love my CLMBR!!!

I am so happy with this purchase. I was an avid gym goer but becoming a new mom, I knew getting out to the gym would become a challenge. I was looking for the most effective way to maintain my fitness routine in a shorter time span. Climbr checked all of the boxes and than some. I love the instructors and the variety of classes. I can get a meaningful workout done in as little as 15 minutes!

Wow so excited that finally I found a machine that can give me a full workout in areas that you normally use different machines. Now in one

I just want to post how happy I am about clmbr. First week of June when my CLMBR stopped counting and squeaking. Then when I opened a ticket, it took only 3 days before the technician came to my house to troubleshoot the issue. Then last week they said they will replace my unit due to unavailability of spare parts. I thought it would take 2-4 weeks before the replacement comes. GOt XPO notification today and it will get delivered this Monday. Satisfied customer here.

Not only is the CLMBR one of the coolest pieces of exercise equipment I’ve ever owned, and I’ve owned many, but their customer service is also top notch! You can’t possibly go wrong with the CLMBR.

Ordering the machine was the easiest part of the process. Accessories shipped and arrived fast. Mother's Day special $1,000 off. I have been researching this machine (and similar) for several months. With a considerable discount plus free white-glove service (set up the machine for you), I ordered right away on 05/05/2022. Clmbr uses XPO Logistics as its courier. It is only 20 miles between the pickup location (Urbancrest, OH) and the delivery location (my address, Columbus, OH).
The first delivery was scheduled for 05/12/2022. I had to reschedule to Saturday, 05/21/2022, because I had a death in the family and needed to travel out of town. I received an email providing a delivery timeslot for 12:30 - 4:30 pm. Also, this email stated I would receive a phone call 30 minutes before the delivery. The timeslot came and went. I did not receive any updates from XPO saying there was a delivery issue. So I called about 2-3 hours later -- to account for unexpected delays (related to weather, etc. It was raining bad that day). XPO representative said the machine was delivered. I exclaimed I had not received my machine. She stated she would draft an escalation ticket, and I should call back in 24-48 hours. Monday, 05/23, I received an email from XPO stating my equipment was delivered -- which was NOT accurate. So I contacted them and was advised the same- call back in 24-48 hours. I was also told I had to reschedule the delivery--the gag is: the delivery could not be rescheduled because the system showed the item as being delivered already.
Meanwhile, I am receiving several automated calls and text messages from XPO informing me to schedule [white-glove installation] service. At the time, I was not aware that there would be two steps: 1, delivery, and 2, installation. Every time I received a call, I answered and would be routed to the same people and told the same thing --- it was a very frustrating ordeal. After 24-48 hours had passed, I called XPO to check the status of the escalated ticket-- No new developments. On Thurs, 05/26, I contacted Clmbr to inform them about my experience with XPO. I asked to cancel my order. The customer agent apologized for the bad experience-- however, did not offer alternative solutions to retain my business. I'm not asking [looking] for preferential treatment (i.e., discounts or other free stuff). However, working together to find an amicable solution would have been ideal. Sometimes saying "I'm sorry about your experience" is not enough. Advice to Clmbr: Please partner with a different courier - you will continue to lose business this way. Selling the machine is the easy part. Getting your product into consumers' hands is the lifeline of your business. No machine delivery = no additional selling opportunities (merch and the BIG ONE: subscriptions). Efforts should focus on improving logistics.

**Update 06/07/2022 - Reached out to XPO to verify if they received a cancellation from CLMBR and they confirmed they had not. XPO representative stated their system shows that the equipment was delivered. I then asked the rep to read the notes on the order. I was told the same thing - we will create a ticket blah, blah, blah. I asked to speak to a supervisor who stated the would contact the [XPO]warehouse for an update. To date, this issue has not been resolved.
