Cliradex eyelid cleansers are natural wipes and foam products to help relieve symptoms of Demodex, blepharitis, meibomian gland disease, stye, chalazion, dry eye disease, rosacea, and other lid diseases. Science-based, Cliradex 4-Terpineol (T4O) formula, extracted from tea tree oil, help restore healthy eyelids by removing Demodex mites and biomaterials. A cooling tingling sensation is normal. If it felt more like a sting/burn, please be assured that it goes away after few applications.
If still there, there are 2 explanations for it:
• If you're feeling a burning sensation, your skin may be compromised or wounded. It may sting similar to putting alcohol on a wound. The same is possible if you use Cliradex on already irritated or open skin. Do not use Cliradex.
• If you develop symptoms such as itching, swelling, or excessive dryness, this may indicate an allergic reaction/hypersensitivity to T40 (especially if they have a known sensitivity to fragrances).
In any case, you should rinse-off and discontinue the use of the product and consult your physician if any of these symptoms develop.
While our products are natural, safe, and effective, we realize that some people are allergic to essential oils. If you continue to experience a reaction, please discontinue the use of Cliradex. If you aren't happy as a result of using our product, contact us at www.cliradex.com.

I had a great experience while speaking to an agent a couple of days ago, I had placed an order and somehow the order did not arrived on the delivery date and the carrier was not providing any details on the package. So I called and spoke to a representative that had the best customer service skills in the industry, she immediately told me not to worry and send me another box that arrived within two days.

Wouldn't be without it.
When my blepharitis and frequent eye irritation don't respond to prescription eye drops and OTC artificial tears, I use Cliradex eye wipes and it almost always stops the irritation. I've been using it for several years now and take it with me wherever I go.

Cliradex Sizing
I have always used Cliradex to prevent red or dry eyes, swollen eyelids, sticky lashes, itching, burning or stinging, grittiness in the eyes and crustiness around the outer edge of the eyelid.
Too big piece of moistened application, I don't need that big, one side for each eye.
I cut piece into 4 sections, using each side for both eyes, and then rubber band the packet to keep the remaining 3 sections moist to use in the evening or morning.
