I used Clifton Private Finance to secure a mortgage under slightly complex circumstances due to working abroad.

During what was an incredibly challenging property purchase, CPF was by far the smoothest part of the entire process. I was working to a tight deadline, and when several hurdles arose towards the end that could have jeopardised the transaction, it was their outstanding service that ensured everything was completed in time.

He managed to negotiate a significantly better deal for me than other brokers, and despite the complexity of my case, he made the entire process feel straightforward and effortless. Thanks to his work, I received multiple offers from specialist private banks.

The process ended up taking longer than I initially expected, but Ben was incredibly supportive throughout. He was available daily, day or night to take my calls and messages, and he always responded to emails with impressive speed.
