ClientJoy is the perfect CRM for anyone who loves to work quickly and without a lot of hassle. It's easy to use, not bloated with features you don't need and has all the best features for a CRM in one place. Plus, the customer service is amazing!

Clientjoy is designed to be so user-friendly that literally, anyone can operate it with ease. The simple interface and short learning curve make it the perfect CRM tool for small businesses.

I tell my team that ClientJoy is like a Swiss Army knife. There are so many options and ways to use it that I'm still finding new things. They're always striving to improve, offer more, and be the best CRM available. And in my opinion, they're succeeding. I've worked with Hubspot, Act!, and PipeDrive... ClientJoy, in my opinion, will soon blow them out of the water.

Did I mention their outstanding customer service? Top-notch!

Bottom line is, Clientjoy is the best thing since sliced bread! Seriously, it has made running my agency a piece of cake. Having everything in one place has been a real lifesaver, especially when it comes to invoices and proposals. The templates are awesome and will save us all so much time.

To say I am extremely happy I found this software is an understatement.

They really are the best kept secret, like a hidden gem! So many are unaware of what they are missing out on.

A CRM tool with a good future

Well.. Where do i even begin. Client Joy is one of the best CRM because it literally focuses on building their features for Agencies and freelancer. One of the features i have been asking them to add is having the option to add "send as" option when you have tons of emails. And email filtration as well. Since this is not on top of their list they did consider bringing this feature.

The founder is quite active in the SaaS community and they deliver tons of value on youtube as well. So yeah.. This tool does have a good future

Since I've been using client joy for 1 month

Since I've been using client joy for about a month now, I must say that the overall experience of using this CRM is outstanding, the interface is quite complex yet accessible and very compatible from a user's perspective. I found the features, operations, and facilities to be extensive and applicable to freelancers as well as myself. Personally, my favorite feature has been email sequences, and I am eagerly awaiting the upgrade to email sequence 2.0 to manage email sequence followup with leads.

This app helps me save more time & money.

They just make the process simpler for me as an agency owner. Jumping back and forth to different apps can be both time and money-consuming.

Clientjoy just bundles up everything within a very reasonable price.

ClientJoy is easy to use but Powerful.

I have been with ClientJoy since they began and I am amazed by how passionate and devoted they are to their platform. It has grown significantly and they have always kept their word in delivering updates and growth of the platform. It is becoming quite robust of a app, and it is pretty strong now for running my small business and agency.

I love what they offer and feel confident that I will be with them for many years to come.

Great all-in-one solution for a small business

I have been searching high and low for a good CRM that offers everything a solopreneur needs in one place but is affordable enough for a new business owner. I looked at Honeybook, 17hats, Dubsado, etc., but everything was just so expensive! I was so happy when I happened to stumble across Clientjoy. Although not as well-known as other CRMs, I was so impressed with all of the features it offers and how well it works! It literally checks all the boxes for everything I was searching for in a single platform. Lead management, contract e-signing, proposals, payment, scheduling and booking, a client portal, and more! I find that the client portal has a lot of room for improvement, but I have no doubt that will happen. However, aside form the minor things here and there that require a little work-arounds, everything is well-worth the price. Not to mention they offer a 30-day money back guarantee as of the day I am writing this, so no worries if you purchase it and decide it is not right for you. I am sure you will be very happy with everything you get with your plan though!

Clientjoy is a fantastic tool for a small or a midsize company or even a freelancer to manage his finance. All integrations work great. It's easy to set up and use what you really need. Well done.

It's an outstanding all in one CRM solution.

Service they offer is really good and robust. In one package you get everything to manage your Clients, proposals, meetings and many more.

Customer service is nice and willing to help. I wrote to them few times and always got help within 30 minutes.

I’ve tried many all in one business…

I’ve tried many all in one business management platforms and I end up not really using them due to them being not intuitive or missing some thing I need. Clientjoy checks all the boxes for me! Especially because it has custom fields, email, automation, and white label. I look forward to using this daily to help manage leads and deals.

Clientjoy Fast and Easy to set up

The intergration with my currect business was fast and seamless.
The product is very easy to use I had it set up in no time.
I really like the document templates. They have proposals, agreements, and contracts.
The invoices are easy to set up and use. I am a big fan of the notices I get when a client opens the email with the invoice. I can even see when they open the invoice.

User Friendly Interface for both Agency and Clients Portal

I have watched a couple of CRM in the Market and by far client joy gives me the best for all my needs.

- White Label Client Portal to make your agency looks so professional
- Invoicing and Payment System
- Data and File Document Sharing
- App Integration like Drives and Project Management tools.
- Email Sequencing
- Auto Reminders and Clients Management
- Scheduler
- eSigning Contracts Capability
- Sales and Finance Dashboard Tracker and so on.

Good thing is they keep on improving and growing with very responsive support which for me is extremely important.

definitely something I can highly recommend :)

I'm speechless

I'm speechless. Running the agency and managing client is painful, sometimes. But this tool has made everything on steroids for me. It's simple, easy to learn, and just what I needed.

Really good so far

Really like how clientjoy have added being able to create proposal docs and PDFs. It's going to up my closing game.

The kanban view of stages and deals is good and I did not expect them to add an email scheduler which is great for following up with leads!

ClientJoy is an amazing experience

ClientJoy is an amazing experience! I've been looking for a solution that gives me a start to finish automation for my client onboarding and this is it.

PLUS it has integration for Payoneer! I was so over the top happy when I found this because it completely integrates with my business.

It's not just client-joy; everybody has joy

Like many others, we ran out of Leadcart service. I was looking for something similar and came across ClientJoy. I decided to give it a chance, and that's where the excitement began. ClientJoy enables greater control over clients and collaboration with them. It's incredible that I found everything I need in terms of currency (Serbian Dinar) and creating documents (design and prepare for individual clients), and payment gateways that completely suit me (among other things, Offline payment, Payoneer, and PayPal as personal preference). And, if they never add or change anything, this service offers everything you need to run a business and manage communication with clients. They are very professional and accommodating when it comes to providing support. For everything, there is a video tutorial or content that can help you navigate the platform. The interface is user-friendly, and it is easy to manipulate the options. Maybe it was harder to grasp the logic at first, but now its UI is modernized, and the possibilities are easy to find.
Few offer mailbox integration under the conditions provided by Clientjoy, and it is a mandatory option.
I have nothing negative that I could mention; this is one big but very well-connected story, and as they say - It's not just software; it's a promise. I feel safe as a user and experience the service's power in every option. With a couple of steps and accessible customization, the business owner looks more professional to the client. After all, it's not just client-joy; everybody has joy.

Adopting Clientjoy to your agency systems is a breeze. Simple to use, but dont be fooled but in the same time poweerful and flexible enought to feel that using CJ in your business is going to make your life easier.
CJ is perfect for the hot leads phase onwards, covering all the "paperwork" involved in a fluent manner. From Quotes to Contracts and Invoices, all flows. ANd the native integration with Google Mail and Calendar ar flawless.
