Not received goods
* EDIT - Finally received goods, as described.
Sent out by Clickk after my review was posted, there was apparently a mix up with DPD.
Not received goods, emailed support who came back and said they would investigate with DPD, I looked at DPD tracking who have not yet received goods. Not reply to my email stating this.
Happy to update review if this can be resolved assp

Hi,
We’re sorry for the delay and frustration caused by your order not arriving as expected.
After investigating the issue, we processed a replacement for you yesterday, which has now been dispatched. We emailed you at 8:29am yesterday to confirm this with you, so please check your inbox and junk folder if you have not seen our message.
We are a small business and take every delivery issue seriously, so we’re glad that this has now been resolved for you. As receiving two 1-star reviews affects our business very negatively, we would really appreciate it if you could update your reviews once the replacement has arrived safely.
For any further tracking information or assistance, please reach out to us at support@stockk.co.uk.

Friend’s birthday present
I bought the toaster for a friend’s birthday. She loved it but when she went to use the product she found it to have a 2 pin plug rather than a 3 pin plug! I felt very embarrassed. There’s nothing that can be done!

Svar fra Clickk Home Store
Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear that this caused disappointment, especially as the toaster was purchased as a birthday gift.
The product is supplied with a two-pin EU plug, as stated in the product description. We do understand how this may have been overlooked, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience or embarrassment caused.
The toaster can be used with a suitable UK-compliant adaptor, and our customer service team will be happy to help with any questions.
Kind regards,

Amazing
Glad i’ve found this Shop as its been awhile upon looking for a Delonghi stillosa EC235 coffee machine as its not available anymore directly thru the brands website which they only have EC230. I found it here for a cheaper price and discounted. Item packed well and the Delivery was so quick i didn’t expect that for a large parcel to be delivered but the shop quickly dispatched my order right after i placed my order. Two Thumbs up so happy that i’ve found from this shop what i’m looking for a couple of weeks. Thank you so much.

Second time I ordered the same item on the promise of delivery "2-3days".
First time took 8, this time only 4.
Evri are pretty random but it's unclear if Clickk was the cause of the laggardly delivery first time.
