Wonderful high quality experience all round. I received my order super quick with an extra 1g sample of Pineapple express! Very kind indeed and gratefully received. The packaging was very sturdy and wrapped securely. The herb itself came in lovely little tin with each herb (both excellent quality) packaged separately, with hand written labels. My favourite touch was the beautiful hand written note which made the experience just that little more magic! Thank you kindly all at CleverBotanics. I shall most definitely be a returning customer.

I placed an order with them for some…
I placed an order with them for some CBG flower and unfortunately there was a mix up and they sent me the wrong stuff, added to that an error with emails meant that they didn't get my messages about the issue.
However when they became aware of the mistake they were very quick to rectify the issue. They really went out of their way to fix it. They sent me double the original amount I ordered through next day delivery plus a massive load of free samples of various different products they sell as an apology.
It was very decent of them to do, this is a good company that clearly cares very much about good customer service. Despite their being a mix up I would still strongly recommend this company to anyone thinking of buying from them. They know how to treat their customers right 👍
