Phoned to make an enquiry about the free consultation advertised and the hourly rates for family courts matters .
Maybe caught Mr Clements on a bad day but he was quite disinterested , rude and not very helpful . In a rush to fob me off and get off the phone . The call was extremely brief.

And then I was contacted by Luca and Angelia who would be handling the case. Throughout the whole process they kept me up to date with the progress and managed to settle a out of court settlement.
