Avoid - they do not have any accountability
We set-up a contract with Water Plus through a broker called Clearsight 18 months ago, and the contract was sighed making it legally binding. However, from the off we were being charged more per unit than was in the contract. Having sent numerous correspondence they will not refund us a measly £135 (we spend approximately £400/ month with them!).
Shocking support, service and a blatant disregard for contract law...
We are now seeking advice on how to proceed elsewhere!

Saving us money through a water audit
Our schools worked with Clearsight Energy to perform a water audit as we had heard we might be paying too much money. The process was really easy and resulted in us getting a significant refund and our future bills significantly reduced as well. I have recommended them to other schools in the area.

I would not recommend these third-party…
I would not recommend these third-party brokers. They always put you in a difficult position and then disappear. I am a victim myself. They disappeared without resolving my issue, and I receive huge bills every month. I am very disappointed with them.
