Thank you for reaching out. If the file appears as an empty world in Roblox Studio, it might be due to the file’s format or content. Here are a few steps to troubleshoot the issue:

Ensure that the file you downloaded is an .rbxl (game file) or .rbxm (model file) compatible with Roblox Studio.

If it’s an .rbxm file, drag and drop it into an open Roblox Studio project or use Model > Import.
If it’s an .rbxl file, open it directly using File > Open in Roblox Studio.

Sometimes, models or assets might spawn outside the visible area in the studio. Try zooming out or checking other areas in the workspace.

If the issue persists, we recommend reaching out to the seller using the “Ask a Question” button on the product page for guidance. Should the seller not respond within 5 working days or the product remains unusable, contact our support team with details about the product and your concerns, and we’ll assist further.

As soon as your order was successfully processed, the download file would have been available to you, and a copy of it was also sent to the email address you provided at checkout. The file is in ZIP format, so you’ll need to extract it to access the .rbxm or .rbxl file for Roblox.

- After downloading the map (usually an .rbxl or .rbxm file), open Roblox Studio.
- Go to the File tab and select Open to load the .rbxl map file.
- If it’s an .rbxm file (a model), you can drag and drop it directly into Roblox Studio or import it via Model > Import.

2. For Radios and Name Tags:
- Radios: If you have a radio script or model, you can add it by dragging the .rbxm file into Roblox Studio, then script it to play sounds based on your needs.
- Name Tags: These usually come in the form of a GUI or a script. You can add the name tags by inserting them into the StarterGui or StarterPlayer in Roblox Studio, depending on the setup you’re using.
