Im a cleaner, I maintained several appointments with this company each time I was set to go out and at some of these appointments I did arrive either it was the wrong location or the client needed to reschedule. I recall the very last straw was sending me out on a call where there was no visible home or commercial location due to construction or roads being closed. I asked about compensation for gas seeing that 2:of these calls were over 19 mi away from my location they had paid me less than $12.00 gas compensation for each call. After expressing my concern and disappointment they no longer answered my calls or emails I continually receive notifications that I've been chosen for jobs but I never received them.
Seemingly they are using my profile and profile information and assigning The chosen jobs to other people I have no idea what these people are doing and I cannot speak with anyone

I am grateful to be a part of this growing team I can always call when I don’t understand something my bosses always answer they extremely helpful and respectful they always have a solution for every problem they care about our time and they always try to make sure that I keep work. Not reliable at the moment. I scheduled an appointment and then it got rescheduled for the next day. Nobody showed up and then it later got canceled.

I love working here!!!!! The staff is always friendly and there for every call. Especially when I have had problems with getting my entry code to work at the air BNB I'm tryin to clean!!! I love my job!!!

DO NOT install or purchase background. this is a fraudulent company collecting fees with no jobs available in the ATLANTA market. when ive asked for refund they've deleted the message from the system and refuse to respond.

Not a good company will hold your pay better apps out there

Cleanster is a great service ! I started my housekeeping services through them and they are great at communicating and finding jobs that for my needs.

THIS IS FOR CLEANSTER.comYall I went and did a cleaning job October 3,2025 and I KNOW THE LADY SAYS IT TOOK 3 days to get paid but hmmm their giving off scamming because I added previous my pay method and then here it goes October 6,2025 she asked for my Venmo account stated that I will be paid today now it seams like I will have to call the police on them, google, bbb , and report fraud to the fbi because I don’t work for free and their so unprofessional yall please don’t work for them because you want get paid!!!!!! THEY SCAM PEOPLE AND BARLEY SPEAK ENGLISH
