Worst Hosting Experience Ever
This is the worst hosting provider I have ever dealt with in my life. Not only are the servers ridiculously expensive for such minimal specifications, but my on-time payment was not credited, and my server was suspended even though the payment was completed successfully.
Customer support has not responded to me for four days. I have already opened three support tickets and contacted them through the live chat, but they simply don’t seem to care.

Opened ticket - no response during a day. Wrote in chat - response came saying "Operator will be with you soon". Here goes the third day. Still no answer.

They haven't provided services and haven't provided refund
As my previous review was removed I am going to write this one.
Cleannet.ge haven't provided service and when I have asked about refund they just ignored all my emails and open tickets (both to sales and technical teams).
After I leave review here (the one that has been removed) they answered that it's already refunded.
I have been waiting for more than month to receive money back, but, in fact, I haven't received any.
I double checked this: my cleannet.ge account and bank account. I have one paid invoice and, moreover, I have one additional unpaid invoice for the next month.

To clarify the situation, the service was not provided because our system flagged your account as a suspicious fraudulent account. We requested additional verification to proceed with the service, but we did not receive the necessary proof from your side.
