Product great but shipping was extremely slow.

Good quality product, thanks. Works very well!

There are some accessories I don’t know how to use yet. No instructions about.

Brilliant vacuum for LEGO collectors! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I'm a LEGO collector and content creator, and keeping my collection clean is a big part of what I do. Clean My Bricks kindly sent me their vacuum kit to try, and I'm genuinely impressed with how good it is!

It's a fantastic kit for LEGO collectors, making it much easier to clean and maintain sets without the usual hassle of trying to remove dust from all those little nooks and crannies. The vacuum is brilliant for getting into those tricky areas and helping keep my LEGO looking its best.

It's clear that a lot of thought has gone into creating a product specifically for LEGO fans. Whether you have a few sets on display or a huge collection like mine, this is a fantastic addition to your cleaning setup!

I'll definitely be putting it to good use across my collection and featuring it in my LEGO cleaning videos. 🧱✨

A huge thank you to the Clean My Bricks team for sending me the kit to try. Highly recommended for any LEGO collector looking to keep their collection clean and dust-free! 👏

So easy to order and pay for and then the best bit.
It arrives looking better then expected thank you for a great service and a even better experience

Easy to order. Product exactly as described. Shipping time as described. Works Very Well

Bought the v1 and it was good but certainly didn’t give me 35 mins of vacuuming. I’ve used this about 6 times and each time I lost about 4 minutes of vacuuming until now where I am lucky if it even starts. If it does, I get about 2 minutes before it dies. Most times it is like it hasn’t even been charging at all. I filled out a support request on their website and sent an email to support and I’ve heard nothing. Technically it is still under warranty but clearly they don’t care and just ghost you. It’s a pity because it was a great way to clean my lego.

Smooth from order to delivery. Good quality and handy product

My clean my bricks vac system works great at getting my Lego all cleaned up. Delivery time was a bit long, but worth the wait. I ordered 2 extra sets for Christmas gifts.

Good to remove superficial dust, but not so good for cleaning ingrained dust that has been there for a long time.

Everything was great. Product is good tool for legos

funciona como esperaba y la entrega fue en el plazo indicadoEl producto

Poor customer service and unacceptable resolution to a faulty product

I’m extremely disappointed with the way my issue has been handled.

I purchased a Hoover that is less than a year old, and a plastic flap inside the vacuum has come away during normal use. I contacted customer support and was initially advised to glue the part back on with Super Glue. I explained that I didn’t consider this an acceptable solution for a product that is still under warranty.

I was then told that they do not have a replacement part available. Instead of offering a proper replacement or full refund, I was offered either a 15% refund or a 25% voucher to spend on their website.

Neither option is acceptable to me. I have a faulty product that is less than a year old, and I don’t believe I should be expected to accept a partial refund or spend more money with the company to resolve a problem with a product I have already purchased.

I requested a full refund, but I have now been waiting since Monday for a response and still haven’t heard anything.

The product failing is disappointing enough, but it’s the customer service and lack of a satisfactory solution that has really left me unhappy.

I would strongly encourage the company to reconsider how it deals with customers when a product fails within its warranty period.

Very disappointed and would not recommend based on my experience.

Perfeito! É realmente incrível para aspirar o pó dos meus legos! Finalmente não tenho problemas com o pó. Recomendo imenso! ☺️

Caught a great price on the sale then was offered extra filters for dirt cheap and combined postage. Couldn’t ask for me. Item came well packaged and is brilliant for all Lego sets but also has additional uses for general house cleaning. Excellent.

The product is exactly as described. The only reason I didn’t give it 5stars is the delivery. Tracking was useless.

Their display case is well designed and thanks to how it's packaged, there was no damage from the shipping.

Such a great machine! It cleans the LEGO sets effortlessly, and I love how any “sucker up” LEGO pieces get trapped in a compartment, so they are easy to remove and put back in place. Honestly, not many get sucked up with the dust, though! It’s easy to use, and swap out the filter. I do wish it’s battery life lasted longer, but overall I’m very pleased!
