I just completed level 1, 2 and 3 of Sed Oreb's aka Australia Coaches Strength System International course and i must say its an excellent course especially if you want to learn the fundamentals of the 3 big lifts (barbell technical mastery) his course is definitely worth looking into, if your already a coach but you want to refresh your coaching ability then Seb will definitely add something to your tool kit. I only wish i came across him years ago!

I originally signed up and paid my $5799 for the course. Unfortunately I had to cancel and was well within my cooling off period

I reached out to the email provided for cancellations. Was told Eli my original sales guy would contact me.

He tried to convince me to stay on and give other options. I told him sorry I just need to cancel

He said no problem he has let accounts know and I should receive in 7-10 days and he will waive the cancellation fee. Awesome I thought.

Well I get a email from accounts saying it has been organised to be refunded 1st week of July which at the time was over 3 weeks away. I asked if it could be sooner. I was told it’s booked for the 30th June. Oh and I would only get $5500 back as fee wasn’t waived

30th June rolls around and I email to confirm with Nil responses. I follow up and get a response saying it will be today. After some back and forth I was then told it’s not possible for the 30th July as accounts can’t process WTF. 17 emails later and a text message and multiple phone calls still no resolution. About 430 on the 30th July i get an email stating that I will get the refund the 3rd July. I say thanks for the resolution

Well well 3rd of July roles around. I send and email in the morning asking if it is on track for today $5500 we are talking about here a lot of money. I get no response so I email everyone I had contact with all no response. So I call get told that we will follow with accounts same as i was told on the 30th.

Then I ring the sales guy he doesn’t answer and hasn’t answered since I signed up and cancelled what a shock.

I then have resorted to their Facebook page messaging them on Facebook and they asked for my details so they can follow up.

Antonio emailed me thanking me for my patience on the matter as he follows up with accounts

Beyond a joke

Needed to contact my bank 9pm the night of July 3 for this refund and organise a dispute

All for a refund absolute joke and there is also a reddit post with a similar experience read the low reviews and you will see

I have just completed my certificate 4 in fitness with CH and honestly, the course is really good and in depth. If I needed any clarification on assessments, my assessor, Taran, would help me out. Feedback would be provided when I would get things incorrect which was super helpful to know what I needed to work on. I would highly recommend this course.

Just completed Strength System International Level 1. Recommend for those looking to take your training or coaching others to another level!

Signed up for a course in 2021 but never completed it so tried to cancel.

They randomly charged me again in 2025.. 4 years later and are threatening to send me to collections if I don’t pay for something I did not utilize, and no longer want (it has literally been 4 years) nor have I completed - putting a seriously bad taste in my mouth, over like $144 USD. At this point it’s the principle - why would I spend money on a course I did not take, 4 years after the initial sign up?

Terrible customer experience - especially over something so trivial and such an insignificant amount of money for their company. I’m not even in the fitness industry at this point, since they waited so long to attempt to send me to collections. Honestly ridiculous. I implore you to have understanding, decency and empathy in the future when it comes to real life situations.

Soo many typos on the Biolayne Course Documents almost made it unreadable. Very disheartening for the quality of the content and money paid. Editor should be kicked to the curb immediately. Other than that it is informative and laid out in a easy to digest manner (if not for the typos on nearly every page wtf).

I just completed it and it is one of the best course in the market.Provides excellent curriculum and structure and very easy to understand

With my experience in the industry, I found the massage course to have a strong hands-on focus, which helped me refine my skills and gain new insights. The practical components were valuable, and the workshops were enjoyable and engaging. One of the highlights was receiving regular massages every week for a year, which was a fantastic bonus. Overall, it was a well-rounded course that provided plenty of practical experience in a supportive environment.

I studied certificate IV in nutrition. I really enjoyed the content & looked forward to studying. My work was marked really quickly & my assessor’s were easy to communicate with if I needed any help.

The course content was set out in an easy to understand way that helped my learn everything I need to help my clients achieve great results.

I am very upset with Clean Health. My 17 year old son registered once he left school and completed a few weeks of the course. He realised the course was too demanding for him and he asked if he could withdraw. He was told it was too late. Then, earlier this year I needed to undergo Open-Heart Surgery. This meant I needed to take 8 weeks off work. My son, again, contacted Clean Health to say not only was he no longer doing the course, but his mum needed surgery and the payment for Clean Health was putting too much financial pressure on the family. He was again told it was too late to withdraw. My son literally completed about 6 weeks worth of work. He hasn't been active for well over 18 months, however Clean Health have continued to debit the weekly amount of $70 from my account. In 7 weeks time my final payment will be made, amounting to $3640. This is outrageous and highly unprofessional. I think they are a dishonest company and I do not recommend them.

This company is relentless. The amount of marketing emails they send even after you unsubscribe is not normal. I have been trying to get off their database for over 18mo now. I have unsubscribed, called, messaged, emailed to no avail. I have now lodged a complaint with ACMA cause this company is ridiculous. So glad I did my qualifications elsewhere if this is how they treat people.

THINGS THAT I LIKED
1. Course instructor has BA in biochemistry and PhD in nutrition (specialising in protein metabolism) and has a lot of real-world experience. The combination of scientific and practical aspects of nutrition is evident throughout the level 1 and 2 courses.
2. Each course (level 1 & 2) consists of a lot of short videos that are professionally made, and a corresponding PDF for each course that includes the information delivered in the videos.
3. Topics are explained clearly.

THINGS THAT I DISLIKED
1. Much of the level 2 course is repetition from the level 1 course. A lot of the videos are taken directly from the level 1 course. I feel the level 2 course was a waste of my money given there is not much novel content. The novel aspects of the level 2 course were mainly the information regarding physique athletes and much of this content was not specific to nutrition.
2. Overall, the courses did not go into sufficient depth, and I find it hard to believe the claim from the Clean Health website that completion of the level 1 and 2 courses “virtually guaranteeing your success as a PT or nutritionist.”
3. At the time of writing the Clean Health website described the course(s) as “the world’s leading evidence-based nutrition coaching course.” There were references to scientific studies in the two courses, however, I would have much preferred if more of the evidence was presented.
