Worst company ive ever dealt with unfortunately
no contact made despite me trying loads of times.
Boots ordered two weeks ago but nothing heard since initial order confirmation
no boots arrived.
Likely will have to take action to get refund. Lack of contact is so disappointing and unwarranted

Worst company ive ever dealt with, had to get the bank involved to try get my money back, no contact made despite me trying loads of times. Boots never arrived, thats if they even exsised. Would NEVER buy crom these scammers again.

Have had no contact with them since purchasing at the weekend. No emails to confirm dispatched etc

Was Sceptical at first with the reviews on trust pilot, but I ordered the boots and they arrived within a week. There was a lack of communication from the company but after a message on instagram I was reassured they they had been shipped.

I bought a pair of Nike T90, they were never shipped, I sent emails and message via instagram with no answer. Luckily I checked out via Paypal and they refund me the money.

Really couldn’t say a bad word with my experience , customer service was second to none and delivery was very quick I’m certain my boots where posted on a Monday and I revived them the next day with no hassle at all , would highly recommend for anyone thinking of purchasing from ‘Classicbootsltd’ and will definitely be using for future purchases

Take your money then don’t send anything. Have a confirmation number - but no replies to numerous emails, Instagram messages - they’re pure scam artists.

My 15 year old son ordered boots £200 of his own money over 8 days ago. They stated 2/3 days delivery and he needed them for trials that he starts tomorrow.
No email to confirm purchase, no contact number. They ignore emails and Instagram messages (whilst they continually post stories on there). In the end I’ve had to request a refund via my bank (thankfully I have cover against fraud)
Plenty of great Football boot sellers out there, this company isn’t one of them.

No message, no email and no Facebook msg. What's going on? I believe this is far from a scam, more of lack of accountability to reach my msg when I needed to know my confirmation number, because I had ordered the adidas Adipure IV which I've always wanted very long time... Seriously disappointing and no respects given from them as they don't even care to write you atleast if their in stock or NOT! Not even a simple communication is written back

Fantastic customer service - they have been incredibly helpful and responsive (via Instagram). My boots arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I’ll definitely be buying another pair next season!
