We're sorry to see this 1-star review, especially as this was the first time we became aware there was an issue with your delivery.
As soon as we were alerted to the problem, we took immediate action to resolve it and sent a replacement order without delay. We’ve since confirmed that your parcel has now been delivered successfully. The original parcel was eventually returned to us, indicating that the issue was likely due to a delivery problem outside of our control.
We also reached out to you several times to explain the situation and provide tracking information, but this review remains the only communication we've had from you to date.
