Excellent experience with this exceptionally professional, high-quality agency. The Class Act team really know their schools and staff well and work hard to understand school needs and context, as well as the skills and circumstances of their supply staff. This ensures a very positive outcome for all and that their supply teachers are fully valued, whilst building well-earned trust with schools. Very helpful, thorough and responsive staff who are knowledgeable and always on hand. The onboarding process was swift and clear and has been followed by a very consistent flow of work, for which I'm very grateful. The processes and admin have all operated very smoothly from the first call up to the present, and always promptly with regular updates. Any queries get an immediate response from one of the team, all of whom are wonderful, very courteous and organised. The primary team have been outstanding! Thank you Class Act!

In particular, Clare and Kiran have been outstanding. Communication has always been clear, positive, and consistent—they regularly check in and are always quick to respond, which makes a real difference.

The registration process was made easy with good communication, and a quick response to any query. Since starting I have regular teaching work, with steady contact from the agency. I found starting supply teaching a little daunting, but the professionalism and support of this agency, and Sunny in particular has been much appreciated. Being a Class Act Teaching Services…
Being a Class Act Teaching Services teacher makes me feel a valued part of their whole team. The professional, yet friendly, staff are there at the other end of the phone if I have any questions or queries regarding particular assignments. I deal a lot with Kiran who is able to find me as much teaching work as I require and is fully understanding if I need to make any changes to my upcoming assignments. They are all great communicators, ensuring that our diaries match up for the coming week and I also enjoy the get togethers where we can chat with the team, as well as with other Class Act teachers, in person.

I’ve worked with Class Act on two separate occasions, and although both were for short periods of time, they were able to match me quickly with appropriate roles on each occasion. A supportive and communicative agency for new and experienced teachers
I’ve had the pleasure of working with the Class Act team as a newly recruited teacher. Sunny with the Secondary team has guided me through every step of the sign up process and assisting with my first assignment. I’m especially impressed with the clear and consistent communication and advocation for my professional boundaries whilst in schools.
Furthermore, as an ECT, I felt supported with the free CPD offered through the Class Act website, as well as from the safeguarding team who delivered the appropriate training.
Although supply teaching has taken some time to adjust to, I would recommend Class Act Teaching Services as a supportive agency for both new and experienced teachers.

It’s been brilliant working with Class…
It’s been brilliant working with Class Act (also known as Step Teachers). I am between jobs and they have helped me to plug the gap with a regular flow of supply work in local schools. Special mention to my main contact, Sunny Hans, who has always been as good as his word when it comes to reaching out for work, and is very open and supportive to talk to.
