I had a great experience with Clarus Education. All of the staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive, especially Krystina the SEN Education Consultant. Krystina really listened to what I wanted from a position and supported me to get my role, I can't thank her enough. I've had negative experiences with recruiters previously however this was a totally different experience. The team at Clarus Education have been so supportive from the very first day. My recruitment consultant was always available to support me and provide me guidance which allowed me to quickly find an amazing school in which I settled in. The entire process was smooth and easy-going allowing for a comfortable experience overall.

I have had a very positive experience! They helped me get a new job this term in a wonderful school and supported me every step of the way. Shout out to Alison Watkins for helping me all hours of the day. You can tell that people who work for this company really value their job.

I am so pleased with Clarus Education! I received so much help from my consultant, Taylor, throughout the whole process. I was presented with plenty of advice and help. I received the job at the interview and I have to attribute this success to this amazing service!

Having recently graduated my expectations of finding a job in a place that I'd actually really like to work in didn't seem realistic or at least not until a little later in the year. Clarus Education, however, made it a reality. From the very beginning of my experience with CE, I felt supported, guided and extremely well-informed. Communication was spot-on. The first job that CE found was the first job I was offered an opportunity with. Perhaps I am also a good candidate, but a huge part of that was the preparation curated by my supervisor (Samantha) and Bethany's fantastic advice. I cannot recommend this company enough. Everyone who I spoke to/speak to at CE is kind, patient and helpful. An absolute joy to start my teaching path with them.

Great experience with Clarus Education. I was helped by Samantha who was so helpful and gave me lots of useful information. Danny was also great, he negotiated a good contract for me to make the move from my current role really smooth. He also helped with prep and pointers before my interview.

Great team to work with.
Samantha and Taylor, thank you

Job hunting with Clarus Education was one of the best decisions I have made in my career so far.

Danny was helpful, supportive, honest and enthusiastic right from the start. He was absolutely pro-active in identifying schools which would be a good match for my skills and experience, taking my CV and references to them and keeping in strong dialogue with me about the process.

In fact, Clarus were so professionally perceptive in their understanding of my background and hopes for the future that they got it right first time – I got the job from the very first interview they lined up for me!

I cannot thank or recommend this organisation enough.
