Very good service, just a hiccup with VAT exemption but after a phone call I was reassured a refund would be made and as promised I have received the refund.

I bought a Rascal Vista Dx Scooter in the summer, from the Oregreve branch. I can't fault the service I received. From my first visit, through to delivery, the customer care was exceptional. The information, advice, contact etc was spot on. There was no pressure to buy, just a genuine commitment to trying to match customer to the product the would meet their need. The scooter it's self it excellent. Very well made, comfortable and does everything it was advertised to do. Highly recommend both Clarke and Partners and Rascal Vista. Thank You for enabling such a smooth, stress free process.

Myself and my partner wont be using clarj and partners again really pushy when trying to get my partner into looking and potenally buying a electric wheelchar that wqsnt suitable for him kept saying the one he wanted to look at woudnt be suitbable and no good for daily use which we no to bw incorrect poor service and very pushy dont listen to customers needs and dont what to no the needs are

Very easy to order from. Had just the products we wanted. I also made a mistake on the order which Clark & Partners rectified straightaway which was a big help.

I telephoned your branch in Sheffield to enquire about high back chairs for an older gentleman. I spoke to a lady called Katrina who gave me lots of advice over the phone directing me to your website so I could view the products before coming in.
I decided to visit your branch in Handsworth to view the chairs taking David and Margaret with me to try them out. We were given excellent advise on which chair was suitable (who would have thought you need to have a specific size chair to suit your size and build)
There was also another lady called Mandy who I asked various questions about other products we may buy in the future.
We purchased a chair that day and were then told that they could check if delivery could be made the same day.
The chair was delivered by a lovely gentleman called Pete he brought it into the property well wrapped and put the legs on straight away for us.
I can’t believe we purchased a chair it was sold delivered and assembled in less than 2 hours, that is what I call exceptional customer service.
I would like to say Katrina Mandy and Pete are a credit to your company.

Went to the Handsworth site to get myself a scooter.I was greeted by a lovely lady called katrina.Nothing was to much trouble and she made my experience very comfortable.Her knowledge was amazing.

Having had a poor reception from another company in Sheffield (not Clarks, Gleadless), I was relieved to find Clarks were very friendly and informative. I was able to drive the Illusion Endurance scooter and I was given plenty of time to make up my mind about purchasing it, without any pressure whatsoever. Katrina was very professional and helpful, and she made absolutely sure we understood all the details of our purchase.
