The team of guys doing the packing and moving were super helpful very can do, professional and empathetic to the fact that the move was a big deal for me and so stressful leaving a home of 25 years . The team did everything they could to reduce the stress levels for me and I would absolutely recommend based on my experience. Thank you .

Efficient, professional, friendly and polite service from start to finish.

From start to finish the service provided by Clark and Rose Biggleswade was outstanding. From my Survey with Tom who answered all my questions and explained how the removal day would run to the office staff who were professional and helpful whenever I needed them to put my mind at rest with silly questions I had. Chris the Manager planned the day well, he even adjusted the start time to accommodate my needs. Which worked out perfectly. The guys on the day were all friendly and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble for them. Even in the heat it didn't stop them working hard. Normally, a move day can be stressful but this one wasn't. I am so happy I chose Clark and Rose in Biggleswade. I recommend them to all my friends and family now.

Hello,
we would like to say that overall, we were very happy with how the move went, both at departure and upon arrival. The staff was particularly nice and helpful.

The only significant downside was the reassembly of some of the bicycles and two beds.

Bike reassembly was unfortunately done poorly — some parts, including the pedals/crankset, were fitted incorrectly. As a result, we are taking the bikes to a repair shop, which is causing us additional costs.

We also noticed that some of the beds had been assembled the wrong way around, but we corrected it ourselves.

That said, aside from these issues, our overall experience was very positive, and we were very pleased with the moving service.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Veronica explained the process and made our options very clear. The paperwork was emailed promptly and when the contract was completed, Lynn took over.
She went above and beyond, not only answering all my extra questions, and giving me advice on completing the forms, but also offering me words of encouragement to help me stay calm at such a stressful time.
The van arrived on time and Keegan and Glenn were extremely efficient, professional and friendly.
I had to change the delivery address, and this was also dealt with promptly with no problems.
I cannot recommend Clark and Rose and its wonderful staff highly enough.

Excellent service from start to finish from Scott and his team. We moved from Aberdeen to London and everything went perfectly to plan. The teams at both ends were very professional and efficient and took great care of all our belongings. Would definitely recommend.

Clark and Rose were the UK division of a US to UK house move that started in Florida. From the moment our possessions was handed over to them from the ship, they were professional, informative (they checked in frequently), they delivered when they said that they would, they handled all our stuff with care. They sorted our paperwork, they dealt with customs. I'm so pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend them.
Particular shout-outs go to Lynn (our co-ordinator) and the 2 lovely guys who delivered and unpacked our possessions into our house.

Clark and Rose made my international move a cinch! I started in America with Uhaul and then they handed it off to Clark and Rose who handled import and delivery upon arriving to the UK. They are very responsive and the delivery team was polite and very helpful. Great experience overall and I would highly recommend them.

I found the lady who was helping me with the shipment very courteous, helpful and always very prompt with any of my enquiries.

Very poor service. Not impressed by the office staff.
