What made my experience great was being able to identify and communicate my work values and needs.
What made my experience great was working with Michelle. The exercises provided were helpful for me to more clearly understand my values and how I can align with a company and further, how to identify and describe my skills. I have a much improved ability to identify and communicate my needs/wants and don't-wants for existing and future employment.
