Great Service
Was a little Leary about purchases in the U.K., but I glad I took the chance. Items fit perfectly, and was a lot cheaper than the ones I bought in the US. Only thing is I didn't know about the currency exchange fee that was charged to my CC. But even with that I would definitely purchase again from this company. Received my items in 2 weeks, not bad for overseas deliveries.

no customer service and no receipt of goods
I placed an order on 23rd Feb received an email on 28th Feb advising goods had been sent but have never received them. I have emailed the company several times and received no reply from them, I have also phoned them and only got recorded messages asking for a message to be left and saying that someone would contact me right away but alas no one has ever rang me back.
I find this totally unacceptable and terrible customer service I am now out of pocket as I have paid for goods I have never received and am unable to get the problem resolved as the company will not respond to my enquiries.

Great customer service, wish there was a larger selection.
I've been pleased with my experience with Clara-Olivia so far. I first ordered from them through amazon.com, then later took advantage of a sale they were having. Reasonable length of time to ship from U.K. to US (10 days). Limited selection compared to other online companies but I'm willing to accept that in exchange for lower prices. Merchandise appears to be clean and new, has original tags but doesn't appear to have original packaging. Again, that's OK for the price. I appreciate the free shipping and the generous terms of the return policy. Returns are easy though not free. When you're forced to shop for bras online as I am, there are always returns because not every bra fits the same. Overall I'm happy with Clara-Olivia and will most likely buy there again.

Thank you very much for this comprehensive feedback. I can confirm that all of our lingerie is brand new and direct from the original manufacturer. Sometimes it is necessary to replace the packaging if it has been damaged in transit or discoloured in storage.
