Clan Artisan really went the extra mile to help. The recipients of both hampers I chose were delighted with their gifts. Jen ensured one particular hamper arrived in Isle of Skye on time and affordably.

Despite the Christmas rush, I received a call to let me know that an item I had ordered had literally just been sold, and to offer either a refund or an alternative. Items ordered arrived quickly and beautifully wrapped - and oh my, they were lovely! Highly recommended.

What a great company
What a great company, customer service is brilliant my email query was answered and I had made the mistake got the wrong date! Parcel was delivered on the date I had asked for. Such a great range of goods to choose from as well.

Top last minute 50th birthday present
What an amazing and personalised service! Jen M dealt with my last minute order on her day off, swapped in products at my request, and delivered it in person the following day to a friend who was celebrating his 50th six miles from Stirling. All this before we had managed to overcome various technical difficulties to make payment - such trust. Lovely products too. I can't recommend enough.

This company went over and above so quickly to get my item posted to northern ireland when my address wasnt being accepted on their website. My stencil arrived very quickly and was very impressed with it and will sure purchase from them again

Great products, amazing service
What a gem of a place! Visited the shop for the first time and found a lovely space with some absolutely gorgeous products. I was delighted to take home a stunning, hand-crafted glass rainbow from Orkney and a beautiful ceramic spoon rest with a celtic design. Amazing, friendly service too. Looking forward to visiting again and checking out some online offerings.

Great products delivered quickly
I really liked the range of products available, putting together a box for a birthday gift. Then was really impressed they arrived so quickly.
