Great Product & Team
I don't often leave feedback for companies on Trust Pilot. But Claimer really deserves it.
It's a great product and a really, REALLY great, supportive team who make time to be available to you in a friendly way.

Not very smooth like in other years
Not very smooth like in other years. I had some issues with the bank account details, which delayed the refund. Apart from that, it was fantastic as usual.

Fantastic experience
The team at Claimer were fantastic.
From the initial conversation all the way through to the money landing in our bank account I felt informed of the process and the status of our claim.
I will definitely use Claimer again in the future.

The second year I've used Claimer
The second year I've used Claimer for our R&D claim and I continue to be very impressed with the service and product. The team are very responsive to queries and take time to understand the nature of the business and the R&D activities. I like the self serve element to the product (linking to Xero for expenses and payroll information) which makes the whole process fast and efficient.
