Great experience in working with Tedd, Monica & Daysi at Civic. This is a great organization that works efficiently in closing your loans. I highly recommend Civic and Tedd's team in particular.

Loan papers were incorrect for the program chosen. Decided stay with that program which modified some of the paper work, which created some negotiation at last minute.
Escrow was to forward the loan documents at close, 3/19, but as I understand FedX will deliver 3/21. Why delay?

Civic is extremely responsive to our financing requests. I would like the ability to pay our insurance premiums directly to the insurer rather than pay an annual premium up front. It's money we could put to better use elsewhere.
