We placed our order on Sept 15th. We have not received our expensive outdoor furniture to date. I have called the phone # listed to confirm delivery and no one answers the phone and you cannot leave a message. I emailed to email address listed and have not heard back from anyone. Still waiting for my order. Today is October 3rd. Not very happy at this time with your company.

Received a damaged AC unit, wrote at the designated customer support email, did not get a reply.

Purchased a Hisense TV end of April (very happy with price). Received TV first of May and it failed in August (3 months). Hisense will not honor their 1 yr warranty because it was not purchased thru authorized dealer. Emailed Citywideshop (CWS) 8/25 and as of 9/7 no response. No phone number on CWS website, but my credit card company gave me a # for CWS. Left a voice mail and no response to that either. Sadly, It appears the only way to get a response from CWS is on these reviews. Taking action thru Credit Card company.

Great experience. Lamps were great quality, packaged very well and shipment was sent quickly!

My grill arrived ahead of schedule!! Was not hard to assemble. Only went 4 stars because it seemed to have some gaps where a bit of " tweaking" was required. Great product for the price. Would recommend, and will shop again!! 👍👍👍👍

Ordered a beautiful grill. Received a warped piece of trash. Send emails and they do not reply. They have a 30 day return policy and will not reply. Waste of time! Waste of money and incompetence. Not customer friendly at all.

Citywideshop had the lowest price on the air conditioner I was searching for - below the classic big box stores AND it was available, whereas the other stores had no stock. To my shock it was delivered in two days after purchasing it. Great shopping service!

Super easy to install, prompt shipping, no complaints. Fantastic for our open concept kitchen/living room in the 90+ degree heat.

Was excited. My husband waited until his day off to put it together, he works with steel daily.
It wasn't a QUICK put together but, NICE when done.
I thought the 2 cooking areas looked small. I was wrong! They were perfect!
He cooked both beef and pork ribs on it asa he had it built. He was a HAPPY CAMPER!
I was alittle scared of buying a grill online. It could have been thin metal, flimsy and not worth the material. It turned out being EXACTLY what we wanted. I would recommend this company 100%

The order seemed to ship in a timely manner, but Ceva Logistics, the shipper that Citywideshop uses, is pretty dismal. Two weeks after my order was shipped, and I'm still waiting for it. It is entirely impossible to reach anyone at Ceva. I had to search online to find a phone number for them, and when I call, it gets into Ceva's system, and rings endlessly, no matter what extension I select. I am completely at their mercy with this shipment.

It's now two weeks after Citywideshop shipped my order, I still can't even review the product or the packaging yet, since I still have nothing in hand.

Update 7/29/2022:
Both units finally arrived on June 23. One unit had four straps on the box, the other had only two. For simplicity, I opened the two-strap unit first. The packaging looked a little thrown together, and upon closer inspection, I saw that the housing of the AC was damaged. I immediately took pictures, but since it was late in the day, I didn't open the four-strap box until the next day.

When I opened the second unit the next day, I saw that the packaging was neat, and all in order, as it should be from the factory. It looked good and works well. There was a clear difference between the two units' packaging.

Based on the evidence, it would appear that the first unit must have taken a heavy fall, and someone re-boxed it in a hurry into an undamaged box. I emailed Citywideshop Customer Service to resolve this issue on June 24, and never received a reply. I followed up again on July 8, and as of today, July 29, they still have not replied. This is not acceptable customer service.

I had already canceled the order same day but you guys didn’t cancel it.

Terrible communication. Have been trying for a week to get a response about an exchange. Ended up purchasing replacement for faulty item elsewhere and still waiting for response on how to claim my return. Website has no phone number, and claims 24 hour response time. This is FALSE ADVERTISING. There’s no way to return an item without emailing them, and they do not reply. So frustrating, will NEVER buy anything from them again.

Ordered a Camp Chef Deluxe Oven and stove top. Arrived on time. Big heavy box. No damage Excellent Oven and Citywide had the best price. Works great after trying it out. Use a hose adapter for 20lb propane tanks instead of the 1lb tanks. Great for camping, Power outage, bug out kit.
I would recommend Citywide.
