An amazing low key Sydney Evening!!
Host Micheal was prompt, friendly, engaging and knew Sydney well. City Unscripted reservation process seemed cumbersome, and there were several individuals on their side I had to deal with during the planning process. Perhaps a one-off situation I suppose as their original selection of a guide for our experience canceled her involvement forcing CU to locate another person (Michael.) We very much appreciated the full attention Michael gave us as his only clients that evening. Highlights of the evening were the use of downtown street rail and a thoroughly amazing stroll through the Queen Victoria Building (QVB.) Please be sure to communicate our thanks again to Michael for his kindness and we wish him only the best in the future. As far as CU is concerned we believe they are on track, will continue to streamline and strengthen their mission and processes as a comprehensive provider of small/private guided experiences for tourists worldwide.

A grave experience
Our cemeteries and chocolate tour was great fun. Lots of interesting facts, a fascinating graveyard and due to the heat the hot chocolate was switched to the most heavenly ice cream.

Our Tour Guide (Mari) was excellent! She molded our desires into the tour. She customized our 8-hour tour to what we wanted. She was outstanding and very sweet!! Also, since our hotel was somewhat out of the area of downtown Toyko; Mari suggested that we meet at a more appropriate subway station--which worked out better. Mari also personally escorted us to an express train at the end of our tour, which took us back to Yokohama. She went far-and-beyond in helping us! Her English was excellent. She was amazing!!
